Todd's went above and beyond - going so far as to come in on their day off - in order to ensure that a project for my company wide weekend staff event was completed on time. I love dealing with small businesses for just this reason because they can pivot and adapt when needed! Thank you again to Jamie and the whole Todd's staff.

I ordered a custom hockey jersey from Todd's and the USPS made a shipping error that caused the jersey to be returned to the seller. As soon as I called the shop, Jamie took quick action to have the jersey reshipped upon his receipt through a different carrier, and even called me the next day to let me know new tracking information was on the way. I now have the jersey and am very satisfied with how I was treated. Sorry to Todd's for the trouble the USPS caused you.A +++ and a very big thank you!

Really gone downhill since the owner retired. His kids just hide in the back room and play on the computer while some lady attempts to take orders. Then they take your money and you get your order like 19 weeks later if ever.

Really bad service, they don't take care their customer. I order totalaround 200.00 order come in incomplete, missing items, wrong items, my shipping come in not contacted to let me know.. really bad customer service.

Production is extremely slow, they seem to always have an excuse. They also don’t like to respond to emails. My hoodie had a hole in it and I requested a replacement. After almost a month, they sent a new one that was a completely different design than the original.

I recently used Todd’s for one of my bridal parties wedding gifts. My new husband Matt has used Todd’s multiple times in the past from ordering apparel to adding patches to hats. Jamie and Matt do a great job in everything they do! They take the time to sit down with you and go over what you are looking for. I had brought Jamie zip up lightweight sweatshirts to have graphics put on the back and on the sleeve. I went to Jamie expecting one thing and he went above and beyond on the quality of what he did. My girls were thrilled to open their gifts the day of my wedding. I highly recommend using Todd’s sporting goods for events, sport teams, or just adding graphics, patches, embroidering, etc to your apparel. You won’t be disappointed!

Ordered items for Christmas on October 2, 2019. The items were shipped to someone I don't know and I was told by the shop to get in touch with that person to get my items. I called when arrrangments could not be made. (Thanksgiving time) I was told he would call them and have them ship the items back to them and reship to me (which I paid 16.00 for) I gave it a couple of weeks and no shipment. I called and emailed and texted for several days. The only reply I got was to get in touch with the person I did not know again! My daughter reached out to the man that had my items. No arrangments seemed to work. She told them to ship it back to Todd's. Suddenly, the item get shipped to her! She received it on Monday December 23. Not from Todds, but, from the customer who did not want them to get a black eye! The only apology I received was for not answering my messages. Not one word about the continued inconvenience and aggravation! Beware 4 Leaf parents. You're in for trouble with this place! No customer service and/or people skills.
