I was there for a wedding reception, tho it was fun I was amazed at how beautiful the venue was. From the giant pillars to the amazing outside water fountain. I do agree it's way to closed in, hard to find the bathrooms. The lay out is that of an old house in the Addams family but nicer. Seriously unless you ask someone where certain places are, like the bathroom you'll get lost. Besides that the rest of the place made me feel like a Kennedy.
The bar setup was alright, I heard it was cocktail hour then after it would be a cash bar. It seemed like it was an open bar for a while. When I asked the bartender how long is it open bar I was met with "Depends on how much you drink?" I couldn't tell if he was serious or just messing with me. I was driving and had work the next day so I obviously didn't drink that much.
The food was just blah, the salad they served had raspberries on it and just looked too much like rabbit food as the portion size was on the small side. I ordered the braised short ribs for my meal. I believe the other option was some type of fish. I was at a table where 2 of the guest didn't receive their meals. When the guest asked the waitress they got dismissed very quickly. The waitress pulled out the paperwork and stated these guest never picked out their dish and had to wait til everyone got served. Kinda rude of the waitress, also I refused to eat until everyone was served. Of course my food got cold quickly. The problem was later fixed and everyone got a meal. I sadly had better braised short ribs. I felt like the meat was tough and dry. This short rib reminded me of the food they serve on cruise ships. I still ate it but wasn't impressed unfortunately. I had a great experience besides that. Thanks for the memories. Cheers!

As a Wedding Photographer and being able to see behind the scenes, the Tupper Manor has it all! Onsite accommodations, bridal suite, a place for the groomsmen to get ready, beautiful grounds with access to the beach and more. There are amazing photo opportunities and stunning backdrops inside and out. The planner was wonderful to work with, the staff was professional and organized. I love shooting at the Tupper Manor and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a classic and traditional wedding vibe.

I had the pleasure of capturing Elizabeth and Alan's fall wedding at Tupper Manor recently and I can confidently say that this venue is a dream come true for any photographer. From the stunning outdoor ceremony space to the picturesque beach (and path that leads to it) just minutes away, Tupper Manor offers endless opportunities for capturing beautiful, timeless photos. The indoor reception spaces at Tupper Manor are equally impressive. The mansion is beautifully decorated, with a variety of elegant rooms that offer endless opportunities for capturing stunning photos. The Grand Ballroom, with its high ceilings, provided the perfect setting for the couple's first dance, and I was able to capture some incredible shots of them together.Throughout the day, the staff at Tupper Manor were incredibly accommodating and attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. They were always available to answer any questions I had and worked closely with me to ensure that I was able to capture all of the important moments of the day.Overall, I highly recommend Tupper Manor to any couple looking for a stunning wedding venue that offers endless opportunities for capturing beautiful photos. From the breathtaking outdoor ceremony space to the stunning beach and elegant indoor reception rooms, Tupper Manor is a photographer's dream come true.

Tupper Manor is a stunning historic estate to get married at! As a wedding photographer, Tupper Manor has sooo many incredible photo locations. You have the grand front facade, the fountain, the path through the woods, the BEACH (especially at sunset!), and all the beautiful rooms throughout the mansion. Guests can stay right at the inn that's connected to the venue and there's plenty of parking for all. The getting ready suite is cozy but full of light and nice blank walls! If you're looking around for historic estate venues in New England, you need to check out Tupper Manor!

Tupper Manor was the perfect venue for our wedding. Since we were planning the wedding ourselves, it was important to have a venue that could provide a packaged deal (ceremony, reception, catering, coordinator, etc) with a nearby hotel (it's literally attached!). Tupper worked with us to customize our package to best fit our budget, and have surprisingly affordable minimums for Friday's in the off season. We worked with Colby from our initial meeting through buttoning up all the details. Communication was all over email, and always very detailed with no questions left unanswered.A few months before the wedding we started working with our day of coordinator, but unfortunately she left for a new opportunity the week before our wedding. Tupper was very transparent with us during this transition, and brought Colby back in for our wedding day. We were a little nervous with the late change, but Colby and her team did an AMAZING job stepping in. We felt very taken care of all day, thought the set up came together beautifully with our various details, and the outside vendors were all happy.Tupper also did an amazing job with the event food, it was consistent and well seasoned, which can be hard for a 100+ person event. The guests were beaming that they each got a personal burrata, the steak was perfectly cooked, and they even set up our mini pie to-go boxes (which the guests loved). We were so lucky to have had a 70 degree November afternoon, that allowed us to have an outdoor ceremony space with a perfect foliage backdrop. Tupper will always hold a special place in our hearts, we highly recommend it.

Only one handicap parking spot. Dangerous floors for a rollator. Other than that it was a lovely place.

Fancy place decent food but they have no considerations at all. They have a minimum our party was very small. We asked them to leave out the food so we could continue to eat at our leisure. We really didn't want to waste all the tenderloin and lobster, they don't allow doggy bags. Yet once they served dessert they cleared all the other food in the buffet, throwing away at least a dozen lobster tails and a whole tenderloin. The place wastes so much it's insulting. I do not recommend this place.

Look no further! Tupper Manor is the ultimate perfection in wedding venues! We worked with so many competent professionals, Colby, Sara, Dave, Victoria to name a few. The group of wedding specialists at Tupper are truly committed to making your wedding magical. They were fabulous to work with. And the manor itself. It will fulfill all you wedding dreams and then some. We had our wedding during the Hurricane Henri and the staff didn't blink an eye. They had it all under control. The ceremony site was changed from outside to inside (both places are drop dead gorgeous) and the celebration continued. They worked with us to incorporate many special items into the event. And the food! I am a food lover and cook. I was much more than impressed by the gourmet food our guests were served. Almost all guests commented on the quality. For myself, it was the best fillet mignon I've had in my life. How any chef could do that for over 100 guests is beyond me. Magic, absolute magic. The wait staff was absolutely top notch. They served us effortlessly. They were kind and competent. Again, we received multiple compliments on how talented and pleasant they were.We had Beantown Band play at our wedding which really was the icing on the cake. They play like no other band. Everyone was on the dance floor.By the time it's time to say good bye the Tupper professionals, you feel like they are your friends.Tupper is the perfect wedding venue with a perfect staff.

My cousin got married here. Beautiful place but to drive 2 hours for a 4hr wedding on a Friday night from 6-11 was absolutely ridiculous
