What I love most about Unleashed North Beverly is the staff! No matter when I'm there, every employee greets me and seems to be in a good mood. Employees are always helpful and are patient when I have to load my points at the register and have checked and double checked for me to see if something is on sale or a coupon is still valid. A store I'm always happy to go into!

Rylie is an incredible trainer, just had our first puppy class this Sunday and my little guy is doing great. Rylie is super patient, sweet, thorough, thoughtful and intelligent!

The man who works here is super nice, but when I asked respectfully to borrow their scissors a woman with glasses gave me a dirty look and shoved them toward me. I then quickly used them and made sure to say thank you so much. I handed them back to her and got zero response, but did get another very dirty look. It makes me sad because I love the store but being treated like that makes me uncomfortable to shop there.

This is a strange tale... I was attempting to park in the row closest to the store, backing in because I had a pup with me and that is the easiest way to get her out. I was reversing in when someone slipped into my spot behind me. I called to her that I was trying to park there as she walked away, and she told me to park somewhere else and walk, oh well. I double parked in front of the store and got the pup out, and walked right into the woman to stole my spot! It was Fran, an employee of the store - she had clocked in, I assume, and put on her name tag and was walking toward the door from the back. I could not help myself - I said "You work here??!! And you steal customer's parking spots and tell them to park further and walk?" Not to mention parking in spots in the front that are handy for people with children and dogs navigating a busy parking lot.Certainly not a welcoming experience, and Fran and the manager doubled down on the behavior, Fran defending that she was justified in taking the spot and that I should just park further, and the manager telling me she cannot control her employees' behavior in the parking lot. I was disappointed in the lack of customer focus and just common courtesy.

Very clean and organized store. The people who work in the store are helpful and fun. I get my cat food and litter in one easy stop.
