I returned my Xfinity device a month ago here. But I just received a letter for $120 because Xfinity said they did not receive this device. DO NOT try this store anymore. UPS at Salem could be a good option.

Bad service ,long line , waiting for no assistance, the tall guy with curly tall dark hair was RUDE with me and with others , talking with bad tune wasn't nice talking with the people ,he tries just give customer hard time with no help depending on his attitude, if you can't help ur customer , you have to say sorry to ur customer not just throwing the package onto the desk ..Zero Star

This is the fastest store! The employees are always friendy too. So glad they opened this location! I think the bad reviews on here were from the other UPS store down the street at the Shaws plaza...that place is terrible, slow, and terribly rude employees at that location. I used to dread going there.

Tried calling the store a lot and no one answers the phone. Also, had an employee go there today to and try set up a mailbox and was told to come back in January because they're short staffed and too busy. My company just opened up a national account with UPS and this is how we're being treated.

If picking people with the most miserable attitude to work somewhere were a contest, this place would win it.
I walk in friendly and they look at you like, "oh no another customer". I hand my package, ask a simple question and no answer. Slaps a label on it, I say thank you, and start walking out.
I realize I didn't get a receipt, so I turn around, ask for one and he mumbles, "I asked if you wanted a receipt.".... No buddy, you didn't, in fact you didn't say a word the whole time at all.
Awful service. Slow and disinterested. Only time I go there is when I don't have any other option to send something.

Employee named Jake fought with us over the phone over a package that was NEVER attempted to be delivered. I wish I could give 0 stars. This isn't the first time we've had a problem at this location but it will be the last! He should be ashamed of himself and fired!

Went in for a large flat rate box with items the would fit. Was shown the flat rate box, as another store clerk began to package my items in a different box, to be weighed for shipment as the manger was adamant they did not do flat rate shipping despite it being on the website and him physically showing me ups flat rate box. I'm assuming he thought my items would not fit. Whatever, fine great. The manager then goes to ring me up and informs me the box my items where now packaged into was going to be $8 on top of the shipping. I was not informed of this when packaging began, I would have taken it home and used my own free cardboard and packing tape. I tell him I am sure my items will fit in the large flat rate box will fit my items, he tells me they do not do flat rate shipping. Overall confusing and unprofessional experience. Against my better judgment of using UPS, learned my lesson to use USPS and privatization of mail is never the move.
Edit: I just paid $10 at USPS to ship the items when UPS wanted over $20 + the $8 box. INSANE.

Visited the new location at 47 Enon to ship a computer. Was in and out in minutes. Fast, efficient, and friendly service.

New location at 47 Enon Street looks great: spacious, comfortable parking— you can park just in-front of the store entrance to download heavy and bulky shipments boxes. Guys inside the store are helpful. The manager Nick with his team delivers. I think the owners have taken a right decision for this new location for helping customers better, like me. I had to ship overnight shipment and the gentleman at the desk took no time in handing over the tacking number and receipt. Thank you guys. Keep it up!

I just wanted to share my experience with the new, re-located, UPS in Beverly and one of their employees. Vik was able to help me out and accepted my package for return from Nike without it being packaged and with just a QR code and all ONLY because at another UPS location that’s how I was able to return it even though it’s supposed to be packaged.If only everyone followed the same rules it wouldn’t be as confusing.Thank you Vik!
