I needed to pick up a package yesterday and the woman who waited on me was very nice. But when she went in the back to find my package I asked the other woman working the desk how much a packet of stamps were and she would not answer me. I asked three times and she heard me. Straight up rude.

I never have any issues going here for a few years now. Typically no long lines, and very respectful.
