Not my regular post office, I decided to mail docs to a mass state office from here considering I was in the area for some other things...I just want to say I was not impressed with this post office at all. Looks good from the outside but once I was in, place looked so abandoned and badly kept. Even the energy was off. There were no postal envelopes, pens, or labels put out at no matter where I looked while in this place. Once I was called up to be helped, the gentleman had an attitude and just now, looking into my tracking number, just realized he never added in the required signature,...which he never even asked if I needed but I did make sure to let him know this is a signature required package before checking out. Hopefully my envelope arrived to the state facility I mailed it to. Never coming back here again....literally seems like homeless shelter....in the atmosphere and overall visual impression.

I was a bit anxious about my first passport application, but from the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel completely at ease. The initial clerk was friendly and took the time to explain the entire process, which really helped calm my nerves. When it was my turn, Andrew called me up and guided me through each step with patience and clarity. He was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also efficient and attentive to every detail. I truly appreciated how smooth and stress-free the whole experience was!

Had an appointment to get a passport for my infant child and was rudely yelled at “NO!” while just standing in line. In response I asked excuse me and was again yelled at being told there would be no passport services done regardless if I had an appointment or not. Single employee who reeked of alcohol. Would highly recommend going to any other post office in the local area.

I am a very impressed & satisfied customer! It was my first time receiving customer service from Andrew. I haven't been to this post office in months. Andrew gave me top-notch customer service, assisting me in submitted my passport renewal. His positive and expeditious customer service has warranted I submit this post. He really erased my anxiety and worry about renewing my passport. I wish everyone could be as courteous and positive as he is. Thank you for the positive and wonderful vibe you emniate at this post office 🏤.

This USPS office is always understaffed, I typically always have to wait 30-40 minutes to mail anything. I wish they would hire more then one person at a time to run this location.

We have been waiting for a package for 3 weeks now and it's in the care of the post master of Essex County and we'll tring to receive our packed he's so rude and unperfsinable to my wife and said there was a different issue with picking it up every day for 3weeks he had a excuse but personal issues that has nothing to do with the post office now this day the irs pack was to pick up today with the sender and my wife and I he sends it back to Boston as like a last laugh ? because he knows that the 3 of us are writing him up so we're getting the last laugh ? he made it worse by sending it back he need to retire or be fired so no one has to wait this long for a package that contains inheritance so you can start your new life it's been on hold because of this and it's been hard on everybody in the family and he knew this which makes it even worse in my wife's also been pregnant and we're struggling very bad during this time with money and that with this package would have helped with everything and he knew that but in a brighter side there's a lady who works there Barbara who's amazing it should probably get a better position or a raise I say because she helped us through all of this very professionally you still let everyone know it is very illegal for them to hold your packages we were about to call the police and have them seize the package and the IRS guy who sent it was on our side saying he would do the same he held up the IRS severely in our money severely unbelievably unprofessionally seriously need a new postmaster

Walked in this morning and as I was waiting in line I noticed the older looking lady in the booth all the way to the right at the end had absolutely no customer service and was just talking down to the poor guy in front of me. She had no patience and was just speaking so rudely to the man. Whatever he asked she replied with nothing but attitude and disrespect. Same when I approached the window. She rudely explained a couple things to me because my shipping address wasn’t correct on the box. I didn’t even wanna come back to this post office to send out my package. But I did and luckily there was a kind woman in the booth next to her. My anxiety was at ease dealing with this woman. I was able to send my package off easily and free of attitude and disrespect. Thank you to that woman in the middle booth. But I’ll never send anything out of this post office ever again. I’ll travel to any other city before I step foot in this post office again.

The clerk is wonderful, but for the last shipping day (ground) before Christmas, she should not be the ONLY person in the PO! Where was everyone at 9:15 am? They open at 8am, the clerk said she had to come from another location to open this one. Why the long lines? Why only ONE person assisting customers? One gentleman needing a passport was asked to come back once additional staff arrived. Where was everybody?!

Patrick intentionally held a outgoing package overnight in the post office. Delaying of the mail is serious crime. I hope the OIG see’s this.

I had a really terrible experience at this location.Extremely long line with only two employees, but really one servicing customers. The other was held up with someone doing a passport.The one woman helping people, Hope, was rude and belittling to the customers. Walked off at one point and we were all confused where she was. When she came back she seemed annoyed to have to help move the line along.Also, they had this sign up which made you feel like if you had a problem or a question, you were not welcome here.

I needed to pick up a package yesterday and the woman who waited on me was very nice. But when she went in the back to find my package I asked the other woman working the desk how much a packet of stamps were and she would not answer me. I asked three times and she heard me. Straight up rude.
