Terrible service...never answer phone...lazy worker left me a sorry we missed you notice as I sat in my home...left no details as to what was missed...really slovenly and inept. No idea where item is now.

Was waiting for a package. Called and Anthony P. (only asked for the first initisal of his last name) ansered the phone. Gave him the tracking number. He said he would call me back when he found it, he did, He looked it up and was able to tell me when it would come. All I can say his help was most appreicated,

The lack of follow up and lip service from Anthony P is unacceptable. While he promises action, his follow-through is terrible. I have had other unfortunate experiences at this location. The postmaster needs to get a handle on customer service.
