Pretty good. A lot of mixups, but could have just as much to do with my doctors as it does with them. Definitely has been on them a few times, though.

The pharmacy is seriously understaffed, to the point where driving to the store to ask the pharmacy staff a question would make sense, except they are too busy even when you're in the store. You can hear the phone in the pharmacy ringing continuously and constantly but you never hear anyone pick it up.On more than 1 occasio, I went to pick up a prescription and the price was so high (in the hundreds of dollars) that I knew that it couldn't possibly be right so I asked if they applied either my insurance or Medicare (I have both) and they insisted that they had but when I called Medicare, they told me that no one had "run the prescription through." So back I went to the pharmacy and insisted that they "run" the RX through and miraculously (sarcasm) the correct price appeared.I spend more time on trying to get my meds refilled than I do on anything else in my life. It does not and should not be this bad.

So I'm switching it up from my usual bars, restaurants and brewery reviews. Today I'll review a pharmacy, yep a pharmacy. I had a quick trip to the North Shore to visit in-laws and I was flying out a couple days later on a business trip out of Logan. What I forgot to think of on my trip is that my antibiotic supply for a recent spider bite was nearly exhausted. I had one more refill on this script but it was called in to a Walgreens near my home in NY and it was a Sunday. I decided to visit the Beverly store first thing Monday morning to see if there was any way I could transfer my reservation there or have my Doctor call them. I was greeted by a female pharmacist who listened to my shortened version of my dilemma and she quickly said "no problem let me see what I can do". She found me in the Walgreens system and was able to transfer my order to Beverly. Next challenge was to make sure NY insurance would cover it. She asked me to give her 10 minutes so I did a quick shopping spree around the store. I returned in what was probably 8 minutes and she had my order filled and fully covered by insurance.I know this isn't the most interesting review but the exceptional care and attention I was given was honestly unexpected and refreshing. Great job to this employee and her team.

I have been on hold with the pharmacy for over an hour. When I have had a message, it has said I have 1 person ahead of me. Three times it has rung through and I have either had the store hang up on me or put me back on hold. This is maddening, atrocious service, and the final nail in the coffin that I will never fill another prescription at any Walgreens.

I come here to pick up my prescription and everytime you go through the drivethru you are ignored. Last time I waited almost 30 minutes and just had to end up going inside. Today, the light was on indicating that the drive thru was open, I watched as many workers walked by the window (which was half closed) and ignored me. I waited about 10 minutes as I saw they had a huge line inside and then I called (no answer). I called the front desk and they had to tell me the drive thru was closed. There were also cars behind me waiting. It would have been very easy for someone just tell me it was closed instead of ignoring their customers and turn the lights off outside. I'm 9 months pregnant and the last thing I want to do is walk inside somewhere that has drive through service. Don't offer the service if you do not want to attend to the cars outside.

I just heard of Walgreen's decision to cave to political bullies by it's decision to stop medication vital to women's Healthcare. I will be moving all my prescriptions and retail business to CVS

Went to this location on a late night to get some items and the overnight staff was not friendly at all. If it wasn't for the fact that the cashier had to tell me the total I don't think I would have ever heard their voice. The location was fully stocked but I didn't care for the customer service. If you must go to this location go early in the day.

Do not use this store for their pharmacy!! Words cannot begin to describe how down hill this store has become!! I wait in lines some times up to 20 or 30 mins to pick up my medications. They are never in stocked, and today they LOST one! Like lost in the store!! I came in to pick up 3 meds and they literally couldn’t not find it on the shelves! 25 mins they looked, and as I waited quietly, the line behind me got longer! Only one person working with the customers, as 4-5 are chatting in the back. How do you loose a medication? I work in medical, and if that had been a controlled substance, that would have been a huge deal! Thankfully mine wasn’t, but it is in the making! The entire time I waited, not one single employee apologized to myself or the 6-7 people behind me waiting. And yes I know Covid is hard with these workers and all. But people, we are TWO years into Covid, let’s try to get it together please!!

I am so disgusted with the lack of urgency at this pharmacy!!!! I loooved the Walgreens in Lynn. Fabulous. They actually answer the phones. I've been put on hold 10-20 minutes, I get a pharmaceutical assistant toasnser me just to put me on hold for 10 more minutes. FU BEVERLY WALGREENS. as of today I go to CVSkust

Proud to call this my neighborhood pharmacy. Yesterday Marshall was super helpful, patient, and diligent as we figured out together what was going on with my photo order, and Mandy is consistently clear, moving long lines right along with helpful efficiency. My experience is that this is a workplace rooted in respect.
