I have to say, even though he may have felt I was a thorn in his side that he was always pleasant and went out of his way to do what he could to help solve the issues and kept me informed. If he didn’t have answers to my questions, he would find them and let me know

“Pros: Really spacious apartments with good layouts and features. In unit washer/dryer, lots of light, dishwasher, nice size bathrooms and bedrooms and the renovated units have no carpet which is a plus. Also pet friendly with a dog park. Apartments themselves are quiet and we have a 2 bedroom on the top floor corner so we rarely hear anything or anyone. People are pretty friendly. Management is nice (Anyelina is responsive to emails) and so is maintenance (Stetson is great) Prices are fairly good for what you get, the whole area is really expensive so the value for your $ is good. You can also rent a garage which we do but there is plenty of parking. We also enjoy the pool.

Cons: There are a lot of people who live here who don't care about having respect for common areas or rules. People don't dispose of their trash properly, let their kids throw food in the hallway or leave it outside, beat up/break the doors, don't pick up dog poop etc. We spent 8 months with a tenant below us who constantly smoked marijuana and cigarettes and it made our apartment absolutely reek. This is a smoke free community. Good news is they are gone.

Unfortunately I feel like things like this are going to be an issue no matter where you go in apartment living. I do know that management does listen and tries to address these things and I know it can't be easy to have to manage these issues. I do also wish there were more community events for residents. Otherwise, a fairly good place to live that checks most of our boxes.”
