Moved into Billerica 3 yrs ago and have been using this pharmacy since day one. They are extremely over worked, but are efficient, helpful and courteous. I get all mine and my mothers prescriptions filled here and have never had a problem. When they do not have something in stock (which is VERY RARELY) they help me to find the next nearest location.

We were waiting two minutes before the drive thru opened and the lady at the window started screaming for us to leave because we were making the drive threw alarm beep she was crazy

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!I have needed to use this pharmacy for years due to location but I literally ALWAYS have a nasty experience getting my medicine. These people are extremely rude, hang up the phone on you mid call, and never fill prescriptions on time. PRESCRIPTIONS SHOULD BE AVAILABLE WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO, or, they need to redirect you to somewhere in stock! This CVS *never* does it right. I wish I could give zero stars. The people in the pharmacy are unprofessional, nasty, and have zero customer service skills (or basic politeness/human decency!!!)

Get your prescriptions somewhere else. The pharmacists put so much effort into not doing work. “We cannot check your insurances for best price. You need to do that before coming in.” Isn’t that your job?

I have never had a problem with this CVS. they have always treated me good. never have to wait very long. All of the employees including cashiers have all been very helpful and very nice. they are well stocked and have pretty much anything you might be looking for. I have been going to this CVS for 8 years now and i am very happy with them.

Went to Cvs they now have self checkout another job gone no benefits soon they will have automatic drug distribution and more jobs gone u have lost the human factor someone to say hi

There was a young male cashier that checked me out the other night, he was such an amazing cashier!! But today, I went to shop their again, it was an older male and older woman who was giving me such a hard time about using coupons! I've never had any issues with using a manufacturer coupons with a printed red box cvs coupons together! The older woman said, I Can not use manufacturer coupons with a store coupon?!! And that CVS policy had changed?!!! I've never heard that before when I did all my transactions just fine everywhere else's! So I went home to read the cvs coupons policy and there was nowhere in the policy where it stated that I can't stack both coupons! This woman is making up her own store policy as it goes! I will never shop here ever again! This is why this CVS is always stock because nobody is willing to spend their money there!! Very Rude people!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Normally I avoid CVS pharmacy at all costs but my regular pharmacy did not have my prescription medication in stock so they transferred it over to CVS since I was in pain and needed it immediately. Drove over to pick it up at CVS and was told very rudely by a young "lady" with a mole on her face "We don't have it! You need to call" When they literally just hung up the phone with my pharmacy to confirm the medication was in stock. Sat there in pain for over 30 minutes to get 10 pills put in a bottle all the while listening to them talk about whose child is sick, who requests too many weekends off and who is leaving at 5pm. I am quite certain they extended the wait time on purpose because they were not very busy. Unprofessional to say the least, including the pharmacist! Find yourself a new pharmacy if you can.

Sales Associate Jocelyn at this location deserves 10stars instead! She's kind, helpful, knowledgeable in cosmetics dept. Goes out of her way to help out. She's super nice girl. She has to b recognized nd appreciated by her management. In other words she's an asset to d company. Thank u Jocelyn! Way to go honey!
