Pharmacy technicians are absolutely horrible in this place. Line wait is 10-25 minutes long , just to not have your medication ready or not have them in stock at all. I’ve been going to cvs for years but not no more I’ll take

The women in white coat was very rude .i was there for first time on August 25 2024 to pick up my dad medicine. She can be nice to customer bcz i was nice though.she need to learn how to talk with customer.

Always brings a smile to my face when I see particular employees. The gentleman cashier is always pleasant. And a few of the pharmacy employees as well. I’m sorry I don’t know their names, but these women are helpful and when extremely busy

There should be an option for 0 stars. My new insurance needed to pre-approve (PA) an Rx that I've had filled for 4 yrs. Old Insurance was BCBS and so was "new" insurance. Just a slightly different plan name. I asked them to contact the MD and Blue Cross to arrange the PA. Their response is "Why would we do that?" to which I responded "Because you collect a co-pay from me and a claim payment from BCBS. Earn some of that money." After I called my MD and asked them to get PA from Blue Cross, they did just that and sent a refill request to this CVS and they sat on that for 2+ weeks until I called. The tw@t that answered my call told me that just because they receive another refill did not mean that insurance had pre-approved it. I asked her why nobody at CVS bothered to try to re-run the Rx that had been sitting on my profile to 2+ weeks and the tw@t hung up on me. Now I used to work at CVS and train their Rx reps so I know that they can easily re-run a declined refill and that they SHOULD re-run it each and every time the MD sends a new refill, because the assumption is that something has changed between the last 2 requests. It's taught on day 1 and repeated every day of training. Going in 3 hours to pick up my Rx and thank the lovely tw@t who hung up on me. Hope they sell toilet paper there.

cvs 700 Boston Road- staff was good but store was dirty. Trash strewn about all over floor, especially near pharmacy!

I stood in line for a prescription pickup- I asked to re price it with Good RX and was told it would take 15 minutes. Someone called my name when it was ready. I had to get in line again. A man cut in front to pay for his cough drops and the cashier took him even though I waited 2x and was next. I said I was next but the cashier took the bully and not me - every time I go to this pharmacy I experience problems. Could it be they discriminate against seniors and/or women.This is my last visit-they lost my business for good. I have many other experiences I can describe but why bother. They don't deserve any customers. My advice-go anywhere else if you can.

CVS staff was lovely. The pharmacist though is by far one of the rudest people I have ever had to interact with. All I did was act surprised that The prescription wasn’t filled and then she completely snapped on me for no reason. Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. The other two women working with her seemed absolutely miserable as she berated them with her rudeness and indecency. The date is 12/1/22 and my interaction with her was at 8:15 am. So I can’t even say that she has spent the day or week being bothered by customers. I want to write what I really think she was being but because this is a public platform I’ll just say it not a nice word at all. CVS you should be somewhat embarrassed to have someone like this on your team. Again rude not just rude customers but also to her staff in front of her customers. A Absolute Disgusting human being.
