Such a horrible experience all the way around. Driver and crew got into big argument and ultimately most of the crew went home, had to wait another day for more crew members to arrive, messing up many of our moving plans. Then all of our belongings were transferred between trucks several times, causing delays and our items to be moved and damaged more than necessary. Our belongings were very late and ended up coming in multiple shipments. We were promised $100 per day that they were late with delivery and of course that never happened. They were several weeks late. Everything was scuffed, bent, dented, missing parts, you name it by the time we got our stuff. We paid over $15,000 and have never been treated so poorly. Couldnt even get a call back.

This company has failed to meet the expectations laid out in the Bill of Landing. They packed and collected my items on November 23, 2020 and have now transferred them off from the storage container into their Diggins and Rose storage warehouse without my knowledge or permission. They have failed to meet the December 13th, 2020 deadline that was laid out in the bill of landing, then ceased contact from about December 18th, 2020 until January 7th, 2022. During the few times of contact with staff, they have forgotten about my move, as evidence by statement from Laura, their move coordinator, "I thought everything was delivered". Additionally they have refused to give me a deadline or timeline of delivery, and state they do not have any movers to move my property. However, in the same breath, they also state their drivers are busy with other moves. They have also not started a delay claim as I am entitled to in contractual agreement. I am also now unable to access/download my bill of landing or estimate from their website. During this time without my property, I have had to repurchase a plethora of items (already owned and held at hostage) due to this delay and to continue my daily living. As of this day of compliant, my property continue to be held hostage without a projected delivery date and company has been neglectful informing me of any updates.

The WORST moving experience of our entire lives. NON responsive, RUDE, Unprofessional and a general lack of caring about clients who are MOVING, known to be one of the most STRESSFUL times in a persons life. Did I say RUDE?

My move out of state took a week and they arrived on the day they said but I couldn't be there. My family let the movers in and when I got there to unpack I couldn't believe how many things were gone. I unpacked all the boxes, flattened them and started making a list of all that was missing. I can't believe what I paid them to NOT deliver all that was supposed to be delivered. I asked them to contact the other people who had belongings on the truck the same time I did; it's that simple - someone who moved things with that driver, the same week, had to have my missing items. I doubt that they even attempted to call the people whose things were loaded on the truck with mine. They even told me they place a wall between loads; well, my boxes were obviously moved to the other side of the wall. I talked directly to the driver three times who was shocked that he didn't deliver all my boxes to my new address. Someone has my Bible, prayer books, family photos, kitchen and cooking items, party platters, my high school diploma, my parents' diplomas, my daughters diplomas and the attachment tools that obviously fell off of my vacuum cleaner. I can name and describe at least 30 missing items. My car could only hold so much or I would have taken more things. I had to trust the driver to deliver ALL my possessions. He did not. Whoever has them must really be enjoying their new found items or they tossed them in the trash. My only hope is that my 2-3 missing boxes are intact and sitting in someone's basement or storage unit where, someday, they might actually find their way back to me. In the meantime, if you are going to move, pack yourself, load a rental truck and drive it to your destination so you can be sure it will arrive intact and not given to strangers. I am never moving again unless I can do it myself. This was not my first move. I used other major moving companies and never lost a thing. This company does not deserve your business.

Ouch, these folks changed since 2010 when my father moved up w/us to Hudson, NH from Waltham, MA. No problems. Decided to use them from Hudson to Enfield, NH and oh my, what a mess! So, here is my take on things... you have a 50/50 chance w/this company of getting things right depending on the foreman. First time around - great. Second time - terrible. To "protect yourself" when dealing w/this company: 1) TAKE OUT full re-reimbursement insurance on your belongings - not what "THEY SUGGEST". 2) TAKE PICTURES of ALL the SURFACES of your belongings (desks, bureau's, tables, book cases, etc.) Prior TO THEM PICKING UP or they will be recorded as "scratched, chipped, etc." and therefore claim "they picked it up that way" but THEY caused the damage during the move. 3) DO NOT sigh the waiver for particle board furniture (so much furniture is made that way these days) or they will trash it and then throw back at you "You signed the waiver"... been there believe me. 4) DO NOT sigh a waiver for delivery (do not FALL FOR AL's/or any other foreman's sob story about being on the "verge of divorce", "short handed", "have to get to the next place/whatever". 5) LIMIT them to ONE door and ONE door only. Check off EVERYTHING even it it takes you all day or THEY WILL do a "dump & run"! 6) NOTE ALL damages upon receipt and take pictures. Lastly, they broke our piano from England, my father's Japanese curio from 1954, bookcase (particle board), tools (cast aluminum), anything w/casters-wheels, and lost numerous boxes (that were inventoried but not delivered), etc.. We have a mess on our hands because I felt "bad" for their foreman and let them deliver unchecked. Don't do it. And I went w/their "quoting" for insurance so will only receive 60 cent per pound (not dollars) towards repair/replacement. My bad... I trusted them but you do not have to as there are many reviews, plus mine, that warn you not to. Good luck if you decided to use D&R. Buyer beware...
