Just had a horrible experience with Steve the manager at Billerica Mass location. I was looking at the toys while he was putting out the toys and he yells at me and says you gotta go walk around the store until I finish like I’m a little kid even customers were walking out because of him he was a real asshole and should be reprimanded. I will make sure to contact corporate.

The service is really bad!! Trust me, I went inside the store wanting to buy some cotton balls for my son’s project and an old guy there told me that he had sworn he had just saw the cotton balls. We searched together everywhere but he just said, “I don’t know sir…” WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE IS THIS!!? I went on their website and it said that they had a lot of them in stock but when I asked the man he said they sold out. NOW WHO AM I SUPPOSED TO BELIEVE, THE MAN WHO SAID HE JUSTTTT SAW THE COTTONBALLS OR THE GUY WHO SAID THAT THEY SOLD OUT!? My son cried on the way out since his project was due the day after today and he REALLY needed those cotton balls. I hate this place, no offense….

They used to have small plastic bags which were great for my small trash cans. I asked if they had them and she said no. Checkout girl had an airpod in and was sorta friendly.

The manager very rude and very bad attitude, she is a skinny lady in her 50 plus. just left the store 03/04/2023, it’s 6:09 pm now. I buy glass for cocktails and draft beer there, nobody never told me that I couldn’t get the box ? for to place my cocktails glass inside, she told me for to ask next time instead just getting things myself, but she sounds very rude, I will buy all my stuff for my business elsewhere!

Honestly, this Dollar tree is the most organized one I have been to. Alyssa and Lorraine were so helpful as I had to deal with balloons and I know that can be annoying. Every time I go to a dollar tree, there is only one cashier and a line out the door. They were very efficient!
