Tiffany was very helpful and quick in helping me get a storage unit. She's very knowledgeable. She was nit in the office when I arrived. I called the number provided on the door and she drove up 2 minutes later.

I would not recommend this storage at all. Nice place and area but manage was always coming to my storage asking what I was doing and interested in what I was storing in my unit. No privacy at all. I was storing a vehicle there. Facility was notified about it being stored and was asking for a whole bunch of documents. Very rude and nosy people would not recommend at all

Good experience here. Manager is always on-site, always helpful and was easy to reason with on the multiple occasions I brought heavy equipment on the property. Watch for those rent increases though. My rent nearly doubled over ~14 months of tenancy.

We have had a great experience with Extra Space in Billerica over the past 2.5 years. The grounds are immaculate, prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly and available. I highly recommend Extra Space as a storage option.
