I generally get a good haircut from these places. Always check in online first, even if you're a half an hour away check in. That way when you arrive you are the next customer.
They employee pro's and novices, just like all the rest. I feel like the novices are just there for your haircut and trying to make it as technically correct as possible. But the pros are even worse. They have done this so many times that they're bored so then they have to talk to me the entire freaking time. Is it too much just to have a haircut in peace? Maybe I need to make a card that says I'm old and crotchety and I don't want to talk to you. I bet I could sell t-shirts.

I went here for my kid’s haircut and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. I specifically asked for a buzz cut, but the stylist did something entirely different based on her own preferences. After a long discussion and repeated convincing, she agreed to cut the sides shorter, but the top ended up with uneven, random cuts.
The staff—especially the working ladies—were very friendly, welcoming, and polite, which I appreciate. However, their skill level is not up to the mark for even basic haircuts. I paid $22, only to walk out and head straight to a professional barber who had to fix the haircut properly.
Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this place due to the lack of cutting skills. It felt like a waste of money for the result I received.

Went in today for a haircut. Leang was awesome! She was so kind and friendly and she cut my hair exactly the way I wanted. Great conversation too!

The person in charge did my hair. The directions told her to cut 1 1/2 inches and she cut more than that. Im a person who likes to see my natural curls on top and i told her a couple of times that i like to see curl on top. 30 minutes later which is way too long for a haircut and there are no curls. If i could, i would charge them for waisting my time and screwing my hair up. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I like the haircuts here. Also, the check in is convenient. Another thing I like here is that the haircut model and number is recorded in their system and other branches can give me the same style.

Marianti and her team are the best! They are very friendly and professional. The online check in works very well at this salon. Special shout out to Marianti who has been cutting my hair for over 4 years now. She is very talented at her job.

I tried to come here for a haircut today and they did not want to cut my hair because I was wearing a hoodie?? And then tell me if it comes out bad not there fault. You can just tell they are judgemental and did not want to cut my hair. I just walked out. I think I dodged a bullet.

If you go here, make sure to ask for the old Asian lady. Every other barber is horrible at their job and will rush through the haircut and have not been properly trained. I didn’t realize how bad they messed up my hair till I went home and took a shower and I realized that they made the hair on the front of my head much shorter than the back of my head. Any barber that has taken a classes or watched a YouTube video would know this isn’t the proper way to cut hair. Again, I highly recommend avoiding this place or if you must go here make sure to ask for a specific barber that you know

I made an appointment to go to the Billerica great clips for a haircut Today February 29, 2024 at approximately 1:30 PM.At 1:47 PM I was informed that I should go to the great clips Billerica shopping center because my haircut time was coming up.When I arrived at the Billerica location there store was closed. It had a makeshift, handwritten sign stating the store was closed from 1pm-3pm.I had to stop the work that I was doing in order to get to the great clips hair salon. I cannot begin to tell you the level of frustration I experienced as it is not easy for me to leave whatever work I was doing.I complained to Great Clips corporate who told me Billerica would respond to me.They never did contact me. The lack of respect for me and other customers is clear.

This place is the best and waaaay underrated. Specifically, Marianthi is the absolute best at what she does, and I would have no-one else cut my hair now that she's been doing it for the past couple of years. They also do great gift cards so if you buy in bulk you get a discount from an already great price. Thanks for some great haircuts, Marianthi! The online booking is also very helpful and saves a lot of time. Get the app!
