I have used Midas for both my daughter's cars and they were fantastic. Showed pictures of what needed to be done on one car and the other was a basic oil change. The staff was great and We will be using them again!

The people here are GREAT. No hassle, friendly staff that are totally down to earth and cool. I dunno much about "Midas" as a corporation, but I can tell you that the people at this particular one are great.

Worst place I ever went to for a oil change I purchased the promotion buy one get one I scheduled the second one the owner basically called me and told me that he was not giving me my second oil change I asked him why he said he wasn’t making any money of me I told him that was the promotion I purchased he told me he rather mail me a check of $50. I ended up giving him the address. He never sent it. I felt like I was being discriminated because of my race my only advice seek somewhere else for an oil change.

The Midas in Billerica Ma has great customer service. Staff is friendly and professional. I Only had an oil change done. In the end they gave me a great detail repair recommendation analyst with pictures. I love that Midas always offers coupons for many of their services. Thank you for the great service you provide.
