“We’ve had a great experience working with NBM over the years. They’ve always been there when we need them, and they’re great to work with. They’ve helped us so many times in the past whenever we had issues we didn’t know how to solve on our own.As a company that has now moved fully remote, our contract recently ended and we no longer needed our copiers that were in storage. They met us at our warehouse and they arrived right on time. They were so efficient in taking the copiers, deleting the hard drives, and returning them to the seller for us. They gave us a great deal for this service and other companies didn’t even offer the option to delete the hard drives for us. They even included some services for free that some other companies would not.They’ve been good to us for our whole partnership. They always communicated all the appropriate disclaimers so we would never be surprised by any extra charges, and their services were fully insured so there was never any worry about liability. Thanks for everything NBM team!”

“I couldn't agree more with other reviewers. I have an Epson all in one that stopped printing black awhile ago. I have another printer that does print black so just used it. I tried to solve the problem myself to no avail. Called around to find some place to fix it and was referred to Collins Office Systems. I happen to live in Arlington and drive by Collins all the time but never thought to go in. Well I'm SO happy I did. As others said, Meti the owner and master repairer is responsive, friendly and a magician for sure. I had the printer back and good as new 1.5 business days after dropping it. The price for the repair was extremely reasonable and the advice about how to avoid this problem in the future was helpful as well. This place is great!!! You can't go wrong by bringing your business here!”

“We needed to rent mannequins in Boston for a Pop-Up Shop ......sounds easy, right? Our company is on the West Coast!! Lucky for me, I was able to find Nicolas at Joslin Displays, Inc. He was able to help me every step of the way! From Renting the right kind of mannequins and display racks and shelving to buying some great racks that we will be able to use over and over again! Nicolas arranged the delivery and the pick -up from the hotel where the event was being held.....NO GLITCHES!!! AMAZING!! JOB WELL DONE!!! Everything went smoothly....easy to work with....everything was just as described...can't say enough about how helpful Nicolas and Kathy were! Great Company to work with. Any kind of event we have in the future, we now know exactly where to go to get the right racks and shelving, mannequins and anything else we need to make a pop-up shop look great! “We used Pinnacle for a recent office move and they handled everything from relocating and setting up cubicles and furniture in our new space, removal of many pieces furniture and workstations (they re-purpose which keeps it out of landfills!) and they steamed cleaned the panels our cubicles. Everything went flawlessly. Super accommodating, professional staff with excellent leadership, and had an outstanding experience working with them. I was surprised that comparatively, the cost to re-purpose the furniture was much less than disposal. I highly recommend Pinnacle, they are awesome.”
