I recently had to have a radiator replaced in my 2002 Toyota Tacoma. I dropped it off at 2:30pm and it was ready at 10:30am the next day. I've had other work done at Pace and they always get it done right. I am in walking distance too.

I've been to Pace many times and have always been happy with the result. They do great work and have very fair prices. In addition the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I'm thrilled to have this place within walking distance of my home.

I give this place a zero! If you have a simple task such as an inspection sticker or an oil change I guess they're good. If you have a problem involving more intricate work they suck! Do not fall for the one year warranty because they do not abide by it. They do not know what they are doing mechanically. I know I will get an answer from them with the usual rhetoric of "we are sorry" and " we are a small family business etc" Anyone who has given this place a bad rating. I'm sorry for you and I'm sorry for me as well for trusting them. The lady in the front knows what she's doing as far as lying and making you think they're concerned about you! Don't bother answering to this review Eleni! I've heard it before. Shame on you!

I have been coming to Pace for a state inspection sticker for years. The staff is always super nice and they get me in and out even when there are a few cars ahead of me. I highly recommend… 10 out of 10.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

Good gas prices. Clean waiting room with TV for things like inspection stickers and oil changes. Not sure if they have a restroom but other than that the people were very nice.

Stopped in to have my car inspected today. Also had a tail light bulb fixed because it was out. The mechanic told me I had a tire that needed to be replaced and smiled and checked me out. I drove away thinking my car had passed inspection only to discover the car failed because of the tail light, tire and a problem with the emissions which was never acknowledged or explained. When I called back I was told that I knew I failed because of the tire and then I was told I had 60 days to repair the problems and could come back. Listen, I’m not mad my car failed. Thats why we get inspections. But why would you let a client walk out, unaware they had failed with no indication or explanation of what needs to fixed or how to fix it. And why not update the inspection report to reflect the repair that was done in site??Oh wait - apparently its all in the report and they are under no further obligation to tell me anything ( or at least that was what I was told when I called to ask questions). Horrifically bad customer service to not take 1 minute to explain anything so I CAN rectify things. Never ever going back there again and I don’t and will not ever recommend them to anyone.
