I wanted to start with how great full for this place.We Took a car to Rick we had a problem with a 2024 Hyundai rick check the vehicle out and found the problem right away. His guys called Nashua Hyundai and found out that the vehicle is still on the warranty and that was covered the issue basically charged me nothing. I am very grateful to use this place. We will only use this place knowing that how they treat their is just like family, Rick and the gentleman that work here may God bless all of youse great job. We are so grateful that we have places like this that you can still go to and have honest people he could’ve charged me full price and I would’ve never known Rick thank you to you and your gentleman. God bless

Had to get my car towed after some transmission troubles and dropped it off at Rick's (my first time here) on a Sunday. Rick had it driving again by Monday afternoon and gave me a detailed quote on what it would take to fix it completely. He and his team are professional, helpful, and easy to talk to. I had such a pleasant experience that I'll be coming here for all of my car work from now on. Thank you Rick and team!

Did a few medium jobs for me at a fair price a while back.Went to do a small job on my own but misplaced one of my tools so I figured I’d just take it to Ricks since they had done good work before.Should have been 10 minutes of diagnostics and 5 minutes of labor for a $20-30 part (that I might expect to be priced up to $60, fine) so I was hoping between $80 to $100.Charged me hundreds of dollars.There were only 4 things that could have been wrong and I could have fixed all of them in the 20 minutes for under $100 in parts.This felt like the price was marked up in order to turn a better profit on a tiny job but I’m sorry, you shouldn’t have made much money on this one. You would have made a boatload on the bigger jobs I would have later brought you had this not happened.If the excuse is that it really took that much time in diagnostics then I would question their skills as mechanics but I don’t think that was it.Bring your car to these guys for big jobs or medium jobs… but the small things that should run you $50-$100 maybe take elsewhere or do yourself.

Brought my car in for brakes/rotors and spark plugs. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Cost was a fraction of what the dealership was asking and folks were very nice/professional. Even offered to show me the parts that were replaced. Will definitely be coming back for all future services.Service: Brakes

In town here you have your options of auto mechanics to choose from. I gave been to some good ones but not as good as this place. I will be back with my cars and spread the good news. Treated not good...but great. Ty for all your help
