Absolutely the worst owner customer service I have ever dealt with. Ordered a truck, paid, uploaded all necessary documents days before, got a call from their desk agent night before saying I am confirmed just don't leave a vehicle. Fine I am taken an uber. Go in to pick up the keys, which is what uhaul said was only requirment. I ask the desk agent for the keys, lady says owner handles that he will be right out.
Owner has me folllow him into a back room and says system is down. I said here is everything I uploaded and my confirmation number, his response that means nothing and wouldn't look at my phone. He asks for id and cc. I provided both. Then says I need a veifiier that we can reach out to if needed, that knows why I need this rental. What? Gave him a name. Starts asking me where am I taking the truck from one house to another. He then says insufficient answer. What? Verifier not acceptable tell me another verfiier that is related and local. I said I have rented many uhauls at other locations and haven't been talked down to like this ever. He says "get out" we are done you are not renting my truck. Guy after me says I need the keys to the biggest box truck all paid ready to go, he takes one look at him and says I have no information. Kid says I am not going thru that stupidly long process again, and the owner says "get out you are not getting my truck. While we are both outside waiting for uber we called main uhaul number and complained as the owner prevented us from cancelling. Uhaul did right by us. This gas station needs to close. Its impossible to get a uhaul same day and this owner knew that.
Stop giving your money to this complete ignorant tyrant.

I went in for a simple oil change. They damaged my oil drip pan and said come back another day and they will fix it. I went in a few days after and they wouldn't take responsibility and asked me to take it to the dealership. They also left my oil cap open which made the whole engine splattered with oil. Had to do a lot of cleanup. Worst car service I had so far.

I called for the price of their regular gas when using a credit card and the man said he didn't understand the question. I mentioned that some gas stations charge different prices whether using credit card or cash. He said "I don't know what your asking me." And hung up. On the 3rd attempt to call back, a woman answered and I asked for the price of their regular gas and she said "That's a good question". Then she put me on eternal hold and never got back on the phone. Oh well, fortunately, there are lots of other stations to choose from.

Slow pumps, when stopping the pump it spit gas all over my hand. Neither of these are ideal but it's open so that's a plus.

I will never forget when I first got back home I had to get a rent a car. The tire hit something on the road and was almost down to 0 PSIs. So I pulled into this place pouring rain and 0 psi’s. I didn’t ask for help just was switching out the tire because I couldn’t really move. They said they were going to call the cops on me because it was a SAFTEY ISSUE! Think of that safety issue with no air my tires they said I was safer driving than changing my tire in A parked space. But if I paid them It would of been safe. This was a couple years ago but will never forget that ever.

This is the only shell in the Lowell area please update the pricing. The website and sign at the station should have the pice for gas at regular cost and for reward members. The sore is very clean and it’s inviting that’s a plus ! The shell employee was polite and informative !
