I've been a member of Stoneham bank since I was 15. They are extremely dependable and helpful. The staff at the Billerica location always goes above and beyond. The on call staff are also extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I have been a member of this bank for 21 years never once had a problem and they have always helped me with any questions I have ever had. I always hear stories about other banks and all the problems people have with them but never once has there been a problem here.

Always have a problem when I call staff I’ve had to deal with is completely rude and act like there better then there customers and I’ve had other banks before and Stoneham bank is the worst one by far!!! Also staff has not a single clue what the rules are and have no clue how to even do there jobs
