“They get it
They get how to run all aspects of a good business
They sell the best quality used cars around for very reasonable/affordable prices.
They are very good with repairs as well. Never had a problem with any of their work, they do t do work that’s not needed and have very good repair rates.
Last and most important they are very friendly and accommodating. Every l person that works there is kind and positive.
I started using them 9 years ago when I moved to Billerica. I wint go anywhere else, neither should you”
“Before I came to Jax I had a horrible experience with Toyota in Woburn. I read the reviews for Jax and they were all positive so I decided to go and give this dealership a chance. Best decision I've ever made.. not only did I find a car I loved but Jason made the entire process easier then I could have imagined. All of this happened at the beginning of the covid-19 crisis and I didn't think i would be able to get the car until after due to most RMV's being closed. However, Jason managed to get in and get my plates and I had my car! Awesome customer service. I would recommend 10/10”
“I bought a very clean 2001 Ford F-150 from Ric. From the start he was a really helpful good guy. He helped me work through the RMV website for an unrelated issue that he had knowledge of the subject. As it was on older truck it was bound to have a problem or two. He was incredibly helpful and timely repairing the trucks check engine light and an issue with the power steering. I appreciate his attitude and responsiveness. Would go here first for a used car in the future before anywhere else. Thanks for your help Ric!”
“I highly recommend All drive auto parts. I was in search of a front bumper for my 2018 dodge charger and they delivered me exactly what I was looking for. All thanks to Sam for his awesome customer service 🙏”

“I had my Toyota Prius 2022 repaired here. Everything went smoothly including supplemental parts requested to insurance and car rental. Good quality and nice service and communications. Plus they gifted me their home made cookies.”
