This post office is somewhat small, and the location is right on a very busy street. However, the location of this post office is convenient for me because it's extremely close to where I live. Plus, the customer service is good and quick.

Going to the post office is fine but I usually can’t because they work the same hours as me (9-5). The automated phone service is awful. Since when can you not call a post office? I just need to talk to a person and there is no way to do so.
