We have a business mailbox and use it for outgoing mail (with the flag raised). The outgoing mail continually does NOT get picked up, rather, the incoming mail gets dumped on top of the outgoing mail. We have notified them of this issue many times to no avail.

The pink hair lady that work there seems to have issues with minority! She was not friendly towards minority. I felt uncomfortable about that.

Nothing to do with Covid this branch has always been the worst. I'm not talking about the mailman but the supervisor. The phones are either off the hook, ringing busy or not answered...this is always. If you ever get someone they have excuses only...no solutions. In frustration I called the Postmaster in Boston and was told they would handle it...several days later I got an abrupt call from Billerica asking if my problem was corrected and not waiting for an answer a hang up! I am trying to put a vacation hold on delivery to no avail. I deal with Tewksbury and Lowell with excellent service Billerica is another story.

Ken... it is a rude and racist person this is my 2nd time at this place, because of this guy, I avoid this place and today I have a mail needs signature to deliver; unlucky my self he was at the front desk again, with the same attitude remembering why I don't like this place.

The Asian guy working at this post office is extremely rude and providing bad customer service. Never says hi or thank you. He should be fired as he has no good manners skills.

Amazon Prime package marked as "Your package was delivered. It was handed directly to a resident". This is a business and the package was not delivered. This is not the first time we have had this problem. Try calling the local post office, they give you a number to call and no one ever answers that line. "You need to keep trying" - are you kidding me, I've been trying for two days! USPS you deserve to go out of business!

Paid for Express mail told me 2 days took 32 hours to go to Nashua NH. Then 24 hour to leave Nashua nh. So far 3 days to go to Nashua. Now on way to New Jersey 3 more days to get there. Finally heading to Dallas Texas 4 days to get there. 10 days and still not delivered. I could of sent regular mail and saved 4.00. Last time I use USPS.May be Amazon should take over they can deliver in two days
