Package became lost but Phil was really nice and the lady that works on Saturdays that’s not customer service was semi rude. Package ended up arriving without tracking updates. But THANK YOU PHIL!

Joe who works there is an exceptional man!! I had a package that was being delivered to the wrong address and he was able to retreive it from the carrier and place it in the hands of my regular mailman for delivery same day! He made my day, amazing customer service

I have had to go across the street 3 times now to another building because our intermittent carrier keeps delivering my packages over there. I’m 70 years old and disabled, I shouldn’t have to go out in the cold and search for my packages. If he cannot read, he should NOT be delivering mail!

I am being told that I can’t have a stimulus check delivered because the other person on the check is not on the lease ? I am going to have to have this looked into with the inspector general because the first check was mailed to his address and I was on the check and I was not on his lease? Who is making up these rules? I live at 276 Mill Rd. I think something shady is going on and I can feel it in my gut. I’ll let the inspector general get to the bottom of it. I approached my mailman today about a check that was sent to me for a totaled vehicle and he gave it to my office staff while I waited for it for days and days. Insurance companies have lots of rules so who knows why it wasn’t in my name but it was surely addressed to my apt. Anyhow I approached him and he became defensive and said I harassed him. Well guess what I have informed delivery now sir. That mail gets scanned long before it touches my mail mans hands I feel a lot better know that I can see it long before it gets here. I don’t trust that mailman. Who is he to give something addressed to my address to the office staff? I hate to be a problem but I can tell you what DONT TOUCH MY MAIL AND YOU WONT HAVE A PROBLEM. WHAT GOES IN OUR MAILBOX IS PRIVATE. ITS AGAINST THE LAW TO ALLOW OTHERS TO SEE IT. LET ME JUST REMIND YOU ALL OF THAT.NOW ALL SHOULD BE WELL, I CAN SEE MY MAIL WAY BEFORE IT HITS CHELMSFORD. I AM SORRY AFTER YOU GUYS ALMOST GOT MY RENTERS INSURANCE CANCELED I HAVE TO LOOK INTO IT TO MAKE SURE I GET MY MAIL. Nobody should be touching anyone’s mail except the postal staff and the people it belongs to. The inspector general won’t like to hear what you all have been doing. If only I could give less stars for their carriers! Watched this man pull onto my street, make a u turn and then mark my package as no access unable to be delivered in tracking. To make things worse I waited on hold for 1.5hrs to get my package held. I called in the morning They say to me that there is have no record and that the carrier has it. What's going to stop him from doing the same thing?

Very impressed. Mistakes happen, and it just so happened that my check was lost at the post office. It took them a few days, but when I least expected it the mailman who usually delivers our mail went out of his way to bring my check off duty. I was very thankful I even called the post office to make sure they knew what their guy had done and I spoke with Sara who usually answers and she was also very helpful. She wanted to make sure that I had gotten it first thing I was really appreciative, especially knowing the fact that they were going out of their way to look for my check. All in all great customer service. Thank you Billerica post office and my usual mailman.
