Always excellent service. I’ve had tire repairs and purchased tires from VIP. Customer service is great. The manager at the front desk is very friendly and helpful.

My first experience at VIP auto was great. I was in and out of the place in less than an hour after being told it would take 60-75 minutes. Al at the front desk was very customer friendly.

Super quick and easy! My car died on the way home. Thankfully I was able to restart it and drive to VIP. They were able to install a new battery. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

I have gone to VIP several times and never had an issues. They quoted me a price for service and it was the price. They are honest and I don't worry about getting lied too for unnecessary work like the place that sold me tires. That other company wouldn't even give me a quote without "seeing the vehicle".

Called up the store in Billerica MA, Shaun answered and I told him what I needed to get done. Boom with in 15 minutes I was there at the shop and got in for the work needed to get done and on my way home. Thanks to the manager and the crew!!

My experience at this shop was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. After my front tire burst from hitting a curb, I had my Toyota Siena towed here for a replacement. Shockingly, they refused to replace just one tire, claiming that since it's a four-wheel drive, all tires needed to be replaced. I pointed out that the other three tires were only a couple of months old and didn't need replacement, but they wouldn't listen. To avoid the cost of towing my van again, I asked if they could at least replace the two front tires, but they flat-out refused that as well.
It’s appalling how this place forces unnecessary services and products on customers, taking advantage of their predicament. Suggesting that it might be better to replace all four tires is one thing, but forcing customers to pay for services they don’t need or can’t afford is unacceptable. I am deeply disappointed by their lack of flexibility and concern for customer needs.
