My exam was smooth and the staff was efficient. My one complaint is while trying to make the appointment, it started with a frustrating A I taking me through several steps. After all that I was put in contact with an actual person.

Service was quick and the person was nice but it would have been nice if she would have had me try them on and adjusted them. Not a big deal I adjusted them when I got home. Frames are of very poor quality I am on my 3rd set of frames all broke in the same place
