I was in here the other day looking for something. I looked around the store and finally saw what I was looking for, behind the register near the entrance/exit. I waited there, and was immediately yelled at by an unpleasant employee control freak (UECF) who felt as though she needed to inform me "IF YOURE GONNA BUY SOMETHING COME OVER TO THIS REGISTER" I thought "ok fine when I get up there I'll tell her I want something from behind the register over there". The gentleman who would have been in line ahead of me says "you were waiting first go ahead of me". So I wait, a little bit out of "line" but he and I understood what was going on. UECF yells to no one in particular "stand in line down this aisle, on the dots so I can see who is in line". " How about less rudeness and more "hmm maybe that customer needs something from over there" instead of rude behavior Why do you need to know, why are you such a control freak, why aren't there other employees available to help me out. You're busy being a control freak psychopath.

I just got a Covid booster appointment here. Only took 4 minutes. Very easy. For a tomorrow appointment. So different from my Wilmington pharmacy.

I would just like to say that I came in earlier today after a long day at work and was greeted by the most welcoming and stylish worker I’ve ever met. His name was Armando and he was very easy to talk to and helpful 10/10 would recommend!

Arrived for scheduled flu shot at 1:30 PM, as directed when I booked the appointment online. Only to be told that "the pharmacist goes on break at 1:30". A clear lack of organization and coordination at this place.

Pharmacy is terrible. When you try to call, they either don't answer or they put you on hold for 20-30 minutes.Picking up a prescription is usually a long wait also. If you change insurance companies you can expect a lot longer. I don't think they have the common sense to change it in their system.

I absolutely love this pharmacy. The location is super convenient, they always seem to have whatever I need, and the employees are super knowledgeable and nice!!! Today I stopped by for my annual flu shot, and it couldn't have been easier!

There was an issue between them and the pharmacy on plain st in Lowell. I was given an incorrect medication at Plain St in Lowell and both myself and my insurance were charged. The next day I was given the correct medication at Billerica charging me and my insurance a second time so I could get the correct medication. So my insurance was charged twice and I was charged twice.

My daughter, suffering from a sinus infection, is sitting inside waiting on her prescription that was called in yesterday!!!! The woman was rude and said they don't fill the prescription until you get there with your insurance card. She told my daughter 15 minutes, or she could have it now if she payed cash!!! I have never heard of this. Bs

From now on I will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere!!! They were less than pleasant overcharged me twice and decided they only wanted to refund me for only one and not both. There should have been no issues but they definitely are responsible for overcharging me not once but two times and refused to pay me what they owe for both. This is all on the them and I hope other customers do not have to get the runaround through them. Honesty, dependability, follow through and diligence are the key to effective workers and they have some work to do on that. I have had better experiences at other Walgreens.
