This place is now known as "Poppa Steweys Eatery". I have lived in the neighborhood for awhile and finally decided to check this local joint! Greeted by a friendly face and immediately offered menus and coffee. This place is small and quaint, a great opportunity to listen to the friendly banter between the locals! Menu included breakfasts, omelettes, breakfast sandwiches etc. I really liked the fact they offered small and large omelettes. Food was hot and felt like it came out of a personal kitchen, not a commercial kitchen! I had the 2-2-1, bacon and sausage was delicious, and the thick piece of ham was really good! The plates were deceivingly large! I was quite full and not able to finish all mine! Prices were very reasonable. Cash only! We enjoyed our breakfasts and will certainly be back!

Best place ever. Hidden town secret. The guy that gave this 1 star is high on meth. This is like you grand mom's tiny little kitchen (very tiny) and comfy and friendly locals.

This is a very small place can seat 15 people at most. Real old dinner the service is fairly good. The owner is the cook and is very friendly. The prices are very resonable. The omlets are very big and good. I would not bother with the homemade hash it's almost all potatoes very little hash.

One of the best kept secrets in the Woonsocket area.Moderate prices, great servers. Never had a problem with the food or employees who work there: Dawn,Jackie,Sylvia or the owner Stewart.Has menu items that other restaurants won't attempt or carry.

Everything burnt. Flavorless. Cornbeef hash is deviled ham and mash potatoe. Eggs broken yolks, store bought sausage and everyone at my table got sick once home. I'm not sure if the positive commenter is the owner but they must be joking bigtime.

Stewie's is legit. I've lived in Blackstone for 10 years now, and I don't know why about eight months ago was the first time I went here. Actually, I'm pretty sure I wondered where they put people in here. But I always see the same vehicles parked outside on weekends. Any who, I went here with my MIL, who apparently used to do catering for Stewie like 20 years ago. I was shocked at how large the place really is on the inside. Only a few tables, but I swear, everyone fit in there. Food was fantastic. The small omelets are enough for two meals. And it's best to just let Papa Stewie put whatever the hell he wants to on your plate.
