Worst post office I’ve ever dealt with. Also apparently this location doesn’t need to adhere to USPS rules. The woman at the counter told me that they have their own special set of rules. Same woman at the counter was also telling me that Trump is sending out 5k checks to everyone, so tack on spreading misinformation as well

Went in to post office in blackstone ma to do a change of address the newer young lady working there told me I was all set instead of holding Mail till new address was good they send my mail back to sender my credit card company temporary closed my account and I got 5 points deducted from credit karma for a closed account if that was the older lady working that would of never happened

A gift order sent to residential address in Blackstone, MA was sorted to a po box in Blackstone, MA nor was po box listed on the package, I do not have a po box. A service request was submitted a week ago and my requests for updates have not received a response.

I am highly upset Blackstone post office held my mail and never sent me what they held from me so now I am a month behind on my gas bill which is outrageous they held my mail without me knowing notifying me or anything I don't even know how they had the authority to withhold my mail and if I did not receive my mail then who did? This has to be illegal I never authorized my mail to be withheld at all

An absolute disgrace. The phone is never picked up and on the rare occasion it is, you will be placed on hold indefinitely or outright hung up on.I have had multiple instances of packages going to the wrong house or inaccessible in the parcel boxes because a key was not provided in the mailbox. Not once, despite complaining in person multiple times, have any of these issues been resolved.

Evert year the USPS has a food drive and every year I put bags of food by my mailbox. . The post man comes delivers mail and the food remains. I have called and was told a second mail truck will pickup.....ok I’m good with that explanation if they would pick up. I live on Mendon street and if there are 5 houses that put out food that’s on the high side. USPS want to know why people don’t put out food for the food drive? Because it doesn’t get picked up. Like my donation of food, it is 4:00 PM and still by the mailbox since 8:00 AM. This is my last year.

Only because I can't give less stars! We have placed mail for pick up outside, clipped to the outside mailbox on the house, after three days, yes, weekdays, we took them to the post office because even though we got mail the postman never looked these stamped envelopes.
