Kaitlyn and Elise are the best leasing team I’ve had! They are very friendly, outgoing, and help with anything that needs to be fixed. They are a great team and they make living at 315 on A that much easier!! Would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is looking in the area, it is the perfect combination of a community feel, great amenities, and very friendly people including the leasing staff. I’ve moved from a one-bed to a two-bedroom in the last year and the transition was seamless, especially with the help from Kaitlyn and Elise. Perfect location as well with so much around us!

Seaport’s best apartment building bar none. Not only is it easily accessible to highways, walking distance to places, and has spectacular views, but its also managed by a staff that truly cares to make it as homey and affordable as possible. Shoutout Elise and Kaitlyn!

My husband and I have lived at 315 on A for more than 1.5 years and would highly recommend the building to anyone looking for an apartment in the Fort Point/Seaport area! Our unit is spacious and comfortable - we especially love that the walls, ceilings, and floors are made of cement, so we never hear noise from neighbors. The amenities are awesome - we have hosted multiple private parties on the beautiful rooftop. Our guests are always amazed by the space and the skyline view of Boston and the harbor.Our favorite part of living at 315 on A is the people - from the staff at the front reception (shout out to Stephen, Arianna, and Lawal), to the maintenance, and management team, everyone is so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. If we have ever had a question or need for assistance, the team has quickly and competently stepped up to help.We are in the process of building a house which has made it difficult to plan our lease length and terms. We have been blown away by Kaitlyn and Elise in the leasing office as they've worked so closely with us through this personal situation. We are so thankful for how understanding and supportive they have been throughout the process. They have truly gone above and beyond.Thank you, 315 on A team!

The apartments themselves are fine, but the appliances are small. The common areas are dirty and the front desk people are not helpful. It’s been overall just fine to live here but for the amount of money you’re paying, they should be cleaner (handprints on glass, dog food left in the corner of trash rooms for weeks, scuffs and marks on walls, coffee spills on walls).

From the moment I walked through the doors, it was evident that this place was special, and I have Elise, the leasing agent, and Kaitlyn, the community manager, to thank for making my experience truly exceptional.Elise was an absolute delight to work with. She greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine eagerness to help me find the perfect apartment. Her knowledge about the building, the neighborhood, and all the amenities was impressive. She patiently answered all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Her dedication to finding the right fit for me was evident, and I'm so grateful for her outstanding customer service.Once I moved in, I had the pleasure of meeting Kaitlyn, the building manager. Kaitlyn's dedication to maintaining the highest standards of living in 315 on A is remarkable. She is always available to address any concerns or requests promptly and with a friendly attitude. The building is impeccably clean and well-maintained, thanks to her meticulous attention to detail. It's clear that Kaitlyn takes pride in her role and goes above and beyond to create a welcoming and enjoyable living environment for all residents.The amenities at 315 on A are top-notch, from the beautiful rooftop terrace with breathtaking views of the city to the well-equipped fitness center and the cozy community spaces. Enjoy the location and the units have great windows and views, but that is what you are paying for. The concierge is kind and helpful. Downside is the communication with the building management about weight room noises/late night partying. This is been an ongoing issue that never fully gets resolved other then the option of moving, or gets totally lost in empty promises. Which is bizarre to me with this buildings rental prices. (Don't move below the exercise room you will hear and feel the weights)

EDIT: In regards to the response, we presented market rates and were denied an appeal to our 25% increase. Again, corporate run so they have no clue what's happening in Boston.ORIGINAL: Constantly rotating management. Equity Residential owned so dealing with corporate in Arizona/Chicago rather than someone on the ground for renewals. One year jacked up rent by 25% despite a lack of amenities. Adrian is the only good thing about this place.

The area is fun and safe. We love going to seaport, the restaurants, trader joes and abundant parking garages/lots.The building is on the older side, but still has most new amenities with smart locks just installed, nest & others.We found the property manager Kaitlyn to be very nice and friendly. We enjoy much of the concierge staff.Nice place to live.

the most obnoxious and deranged neighbor, and the management is quite reluctant to take any real actions. they are good at deflecting and apologies, but not at solving issues. given the high prices, be very careful of renting here!

Loving 315 on A! The staff is terrific and look out for you. The building is a nod to the past and a look to the future with modern amenities, a great gym and terrific public spaces including the 20th floor with spectacular views.

The location is in a really good location in Boston. Staff is friendly and professional. Amenities are great and the view of the city from the roof and apartment are great.
