Literally never had a problem with this place until they brought in the new hires this year. Idk his name but this guy that works the counter between 3-4, when I arrive there, singles me out and acts like a total tool. First time it was refusing to help me further with an order when his card reader stopped working, even though I went to the second guy at the other card reader and it worked fine. Second was today were I was accused of theft for carrying a water bottle, even though I didnt go anywhere near the drink isle and I know he saw me go strait to the line. Refused to serve me further when I refused to "confess" and ripped my food out of my hand.
This isn't even covering their homeless situation and their problems with them hanging out outside and inside at their table. Just an aweful place, wouldn't recommend coming here for anything.

I stopped coming here, because me and my friend got accused of stealing, and kicked out, even after I showed the money I was going to pay with, and showed my 7-Eleven app. The same cashier, earlier that same week refused to add my number, to add HIS, ironically enough, STEALING MY POINTS. Terrible staff.

Badly the q was in box now 1/11 25 just because we scraped lottery tickets said q was not casino and did not want to sell us more? Then q do not sell lottery tickets.

Went in 20 minutes before closing and the employee told everyone to get out but served all of the female customers.

Bad service, the employee of this store insulted us, left his customers in line and went outside to attack us and insult us, and with the intention of attacking us, my friends and I are between 15 and 17 years old, and we were very scared.

I was there this afternoon and the owner was there as well. He was screaming at his employees for no reason. When I say screaming, I mean at the top of his lungs and extremely angrily…Screaming at them to do their jobs faster when they were already doing there jobs perfectly fine…in fact, he was inhibiting the operations while this place was jam packed with people…i think that 7/11 corporate should get involved because this is ridiculous. There are cameras everywhere too so I’m sure there’s footage.

Cashier is incompetent.. why do you have music blasting behind you? This is your job not a party.. also why don’t you guys honor your promotion prices? I was denied what was advertised because the cashier didn’t know how to scan it as such… didn’t pay for the food and left..
