Absolutely disgusting in here, the cashiers are rude and never pay attention. The snack collection is good. Also, why are there always a pile of brown bananas in the front.

Food poisoning. They gave me food poisoning. The cashier wasn't very nice but I don't mind, I hate working customer service too. But the food poisoning I could do without. Already been reported to the authorities. Edit, it wasn't even the food they prepare in store. It was pre-packaged. It's that poorly stored that it still managed to give me food poisoning.

How is this guy not fired? Middle eastern bald guy working behind the register is a illiterate racist. I've frequented this store on countless occasions, purchased cigarettes without any issues. Today however, after asking for a pack of cigarettes I presented my Canadian drivers license as ID per usual. The man then finds it impossible to read English, and is telling me that my Canadian license is not in English when clearly it says DOB, which I explain to him is date of birth. He then proceeds to point at date of issue year 2020 and assumes that I was born 2020. I explain to him again patiently that I am a long time consumer, and this is not my DOB as written on my license. (Even if it was, you're telling me im a 2year old kid at a 7-11 purchasing cigs??) At this point due to him being an illiterate, he just refuses to provide service to a loyal costumer and asks me to leave. Furthermore, the lady that frequently serves me in the past stood alongside him and said nothing. I'm speechless, I will not be coming back here until this man is fired and will warn all others of this racist illiterate. This is a ID that has been used to be identified by police officials in Boston so how come you can't comprehend the English characters? Supposedly I am not the only one whose been in such situation, stepping outside there was a group of people complaining about this man as well. 7-11, I hope you guys do something about this man and replace him with one that won't be refusing customers due to their lack of ability to read a DOB written in English. First experience of racism here and never would I have thought it would come from me being a loyal customer

Racist cashier with an extremely terrible attitude. And they charged $5.99 for ONE single pack of ramen. They could have rubbed me instead. Avoid this store.

I live in the Back Bay in Boston and up until last Sunday, I used to frequent this location often. Last Sunday I was walking by the store and saw a big sign on the door that said "managers special - 2 slices of pizza for $1 - Sat. & Sun. only." I thought great, I'll get 4 slices for $2 + tax and watch the Super Bowl. I go in and order the 4 slices and the cashier rings me up for a total of $4 and change. I immediately tell him about the sign on the front door and also show him the same sign next to the register. He refused to honor the advertised price for the pizza. After bickering with him for 3-4 minutes about it, I asked for the manager. He said he wasn't there. At this point, a long line had formed behind me so I just decided to leave without the pizza. It wasn't about the money, it was the principle. I won't be back. How hard is it to enter $2 + tax on a register and honor the advertised price? That guy shouldn't even be working as a cashier at a 7-11. Unfortunately, I had to select at least 1 star to submit this review. Should be 0 stars.

They are doing their best but MAKE SURE TO FULLY INSPECT ITEMS AND TO CHECK EXPIRATION DATES OF THINGS BEFORE PURCHASING! Three times I have purchased items that have been expired for over two years and one with a damaged seal that I didn’t notice until I got home.

I am not kidding you. Call this place an ask for literally the simplest task and the will have 0 Idea what you are talking about. Call and ask if they carry a bag of potato chips in stock for example. The people have no idea how to speak english
