This store is ridiculous. I came the other day to buy an iPhone charger. I did ask the employee before buying if return was possible because I wasn’t sure if it would work on my cable. He told me as long as the tag, wire, and receipt were still available I could return it. Came back after 2 days, the cashier (different from the last one) told me I can’t return because magically there is a hand-written piece of paper glued by the cable station no return policy. THAT PAPER WAS NOT THERE WHEN I BOUGHT IT. I told him the other cashier said I could return it but he doesn’t care and kept pointing at the paper. Even if that was written after I bought it, return should still be possible but I just don’t wanna deal with that kind of bs and ruin my mood. The bad review at this store is real.

Staying at a nearby hotel and iv gone here 3 times and they are closed! They say they are 24 hours. So frustrating. Had to walk up the block and take my business elsewhere.

I’m not sure what happened to my other review i posted, but here is this horrible man who screamed at my friends and i as we were just trying to buy some chips and snacks for my 21st birthday. we were in there for maybe 2 minutes and he told us he was “closed” meanwhile he had a customer after us and its 24 hours ??? anyways- he told us to leave because we were “soliciting”. i said we are just looking we don’t know what we want, and my friend had a bag of chips ready to pay. he refuses and takes away the bags and told us to leave. we said fine but then a few minutes go by and I decided to take a picture for my safety as well as a bad review coming soon. as i did that, he lunged at me and smacked my phone out of my hand. he threatened to call the police but we just ended up leaving. he is a horrible man and screamed at me for no reason. his name is robert.

Horrible customer service and the place is DIRTY! I went to get another straw today because the one I had was broken… first off there was so many fruit fly all over the straws it was gross and then on top of that the Asian guy in there started yelling at me over the straw? Saying next time I have to pay for the straw which I never heard of and I had already boughten a drink.. he was yelling at me and even swearing at me. I can’t believe the way I was treated over a straw… plus like I said the place needs to be cleaned it’s completely unsanitary!

robert was sooo rude plz fire him he shouted at me in public for my dollars being crumpled i apologised and then said my bad he gave me a weird look then a few seconds later agressivley handed me change w a disgusted look.

The cashier is always rude and indifferent — I’ve never seen him smile even once. When I asked if he was okay, he told me to get lost. 7-Eleven really needs to do something about this guy

Me and my friends went into this 7-11 and i tried on a hat, The old man who worked there told me to take it off, So i did. We stood there and was looking for stuff and he told us to leave and never come back back again. Horrible employee and horrible service. We did absolutely nothing. He must’ve thought we were going to steal something because we were a group of 14 year olds, Not all of us are like that. I will not be coming back again and he lost the chance for me to actually buy something. Horrible place. I would give this zero stars if I could. Rude employee.

The cashier, Bob, is so mean and rude, definitely not ready for customer service of any kind. He was checking stuff with the vendor. I was waiting to pay at the counter. One customer was trying to come in, but the door was locked. Obviously, when I saw that, since i wasn't told the fact that the door is supposed to be locked when he is checking the products, i opened the door out of kindness. A few customers walked in, and that was when Bob yelled at me for opening the door, humiliated me in front of others. He yelled at my face that I wasn't supposed to open the door. He proceeded to check the products with the vendor because i was the only one in the store. He should have let me know that it is part of the protocol to lock the store when he is checking the stuff. I was embarrassed and upset to help others access the store. This is the second time that he's been rude to me. He really should either be re educated about customer service. Otherwise, this store won't survive.

Absolutely disgusting behavior from the manager of this store. I couldn’t find a smaller umbrella here and didn’t feel like asking if they had a smaller one (which they didn’t) but after I left the store, the manager CHASED me outside to yell at me and said they did have other umbrellas. I felt scared and intimidated so I followed him back inside and the cashier proceeded to tell me that it’s as small as they can get (it’s not. I don’t think they realized I meant the size of the umbrella when not retracted). Manager stood there staring at me and said “Why didn’t you just ask” in the worst attitude I’ve ever heard in my life. At that point I felt threatened and scared so I just bought the umbrella. Manager also threw other colors on the counter after I already brought the ugly red one. I almost felt like calling the cops because I couldn’t believe the harassment I just received. Do NOT come here.

I frequent this 7-11 almost daily. Bob takes some getting used to. But once he warms up to you he will sometimes say hi or thank you. He runs a tight ship and keeps things moving. Everyone with a negative review should see the humanity in him and the difficulty of working in a 7-11 in such a high traffic area. Walk a mile in his shoes and see how you feel.

I stopped in for a bottle of water. Bought an ice tea instead. Employee working was nice and pleasant. Store was kind cramped due to cases of water and pop needing to be put away but I was still able to walk through the store.
