I live pretty close so rely on 7/11 for a lot of stuff and the main guy always just randomly closes the store for long periods of time.

Visiting the city and needed something to drink while I was out. The door was locked and there were people inside. Confusing considering it's “24/7.” I highly recommend going elsewhere if possible.

This is by far the worst 7-11 location. The owner and clerks are rude and on many occasions I’ve gone by and found that they’re closed. I wouldn’t know there hours since it isn’t posted outside the door or window, but it’s safe to assume that most 7-11 locations are open during the day, every day, especially in downtown Boston.

Went to the store around 2:00 pm to buy some chapstick and the doors are locked and not open. Disappointed.

I was in Boston for a few days mid October 2023. I was happy to see a 7 11 next to my hotel (The Harborside Inn) so I could get coffee in the morning. Fat chance, this guy keeps Bankers' Hours. I dont think he opens until after 9:30 AM.

Very rude person (certain age) at the cash desk. Why this store manager is keeping 7/11 licence with his very bad score? I asked for a receipt and the guy told me: nobody buys 2 apples. Pure free agressivity. Fruits are mostly rotten. 7/11 should put pressure on stores managers. Rude personnel, less sales, less royalties, and bad image...

Price for two cokes was 2 for $5 posted on the exterior window.....was charged 5.50 + tax. The cashier did exchange a nickle for 5 pennies for me. So I did give 3 stars

Don’t advertise that you’re 24 hours when you’re legit not. Walked all the way over here for nothing

Stopped in for some waters and waited in line in front of the register. Got to the front of the line and was yelled at by the owner for blocking the products for sale and told to return to the back of line that was circling around the store. It was not signed or not easily seen that the line should form that way.Returned the next morning and was not open as indicated 24/7.Would recommend any other convenience store in the area instead of this 7-Eleven. I’d give it 0 stars if I could!

Hey here's an idea, don't sell a chicken sandwich that's been in the warmer so long the top of the bun is rock solid. You're the worst.

Guy was mad rude to me because I was enter my number for the reward points. He stated that I was spreading COVID around for entering it and that I was holding up the line , when it was just me in there. On top of that he kicked me out when I talked back to him.

Either the owner or the employee get on screaming matches with customers by the hour. Only go in if you're prepared to either witness one or be involved in one yourself. If you're lucky to get by without being present for one, don't expect a "how are you?" and especially not a smile. Store closes at 9pm like everyday, so if you're looking for 25 hour, this ain't it. If this is your only option, all I can say is good luck, bud.
