This is hands down the worst 7-Eleven i have ever been into in my entire life!!!!!!! Definitely in Boston! This is the second time the attendant has yelled in my face for no reason smh. I don’t usually patronize 711, but i had a gift card given to me i needed to finish off. so i lost a receipt with the balance. ALL I DID WAS ASK CAN YOU CHECK THE BALANCE PLEASE and the guy goes off yelling at me saying “no we dont do that here”, what??! And then got mad saying next and just kept calling who is next and not helping me. Im standing there looking at my phone seeing ways you can check 711 gift balance and voila, you actually can get a balance checked in the store…….. all he did was yell and shout in my face after me asking a question and i had to keep asking for help before he called the manager for me who actually knew how to check the balance . This place is a disgrace. How does anyone believe behaving like that is okay? It makes no sense smfh.

The attendant charged me more than the amount I had advertised in the promotion. And he didn't tell me anything. When I checked the receipt, he had charged me two dollars more, so I went back, returned the merchandise and got my money back.
And I've seen this happen before in that store. To me and another time to another customer, so I worry that this isn't on purpose.

Worst experience ever. I went to this branch for shopping cigarettes and the cashier asked me my ID. He said it’s expired. But my age is not changed!!!

I bought a USB cable there. The product was defective, didn't work on my console. I was on Rush, so I forgot to ask for the receipt. But they knew I was there, I used to buy there all the time. I went to return, they didn't accept my return, they said once the product is out of the store. There is no returns. That's simple CRAZY, I told him about the 7 eleven return policy. he didn't want to hear about. Dude was very rude. 18$ USB cable that I cant recovery. Be extra careful buying there, always ask for the receipt.. those dudes are very sketch.

There were two these Ethiopian guys which helped me many times and they bring me a free check with sandwich to me and my friends and we had so so much many time a good time so please help this guy and they make them a manager so some kind in the future please OK
