I was so impressed with the service A & I provided! My car broke down on a highway in New Hampshire and was brought to an auto repair shop where I was told they didn't have the parts needed to help me. I had a tow truck bring the car down to Boston straight to A & I. Not only did they fix my car at a reasonable price, but I was back on the road only 4 hours after I dropped the car off. Thank you A & I!! Could not recommend enough!

Poor work and no attention to detail. They broke a bolt and zip-tied it back on. Pure hacks.They also charge inflated book prices, just like your local dealer, instead of charging you by the hour.

I highly recommend this shop!! Steve is a very humble and highly skilled mechanic.The prices are reasonable, they waste no time on repairing your car, and i was treated with the utmost respect.

Amazing place to go for all of your car repairs and services. They do really honest business and provide optimum service. They have taken excellent care of my Subaru with oil changes, tire rotations, brake installations, battery/starter replacements and other routine maintenance. They have a quick turn around and always do what they can they will do. Highly recommend using them if you are near Allston. In addition, Steve is very helpful and is a pleasure to do business with.

Ruined my oil pan and caused me so much stress. After a leak started, I had to pay another shop several hundred dollars to install a new one. Very difficult to communicate with and shady business practices.Service: Oil change

Took my old 2001 Subaru in because it was making a weird noise, and they kindly told me it was my brakes worn out and quickly replaced them within a day and charged a very reasonable price! I also asked them to check the overall condition of the engine with a multi-point inspection, which they completed thoroughly and efficiently. Such good value and customer service, I could not recommend enough!!

Awful place!! Brought my car in for some routine work and I started having problems afterwards where there were no issues before. Took it to another mechanic and they were shocked at how these people totally jerry rigged the job. Used parts that weren’t even appropriate for my car. What a waste of $400!!! Stay far away.

We were in a jam with a car that would not start and AAA figured out it was not the battery. We towed the car to A and I Auto, they were able to do a full diagnostics and figured out the problem. They also replaced one of the xenon headlights.
