Bright, clean and plays great 90s R&B. Machines are industrial-strength - my king-size comforter dried completely in one cycle. Folding tables are huge with built-in charging stations. Owner Luis will move your clothes to the dryer if you're running late (saved me twice).

I have been going here since moving to the north end and RARELY have a good experience. Woman who works there is incredibly rude and has yelled at customers on multiple occasions while I was there for no apparent reason. Avoid if you can (and if you do go then bring cash, the card machine is always down)

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The staff is incredibly rude, the machines often don’t work, and the prices are very expensive considering the awful service and old machines. On top of that I tried their drop off laundry service (because their machines are so bad) and half of my clothes came back ruined. Avoid this place at all costs - it’s not worth the frustration.

I never leave reviews, but I would go out of my way to give zero stars to this place. The staff, especially the guy who’s there a lot, are incredibly rude. Most of their machines are out of order and leave weird stains on your clothes. Their dryers don’t dry everything all the way, and then they make you pay extra to add time. They also never clean the machines, and I’ve found nasty stuff in them on multiple occasions. Their card machine has been down for months, so you can only use cash. I wouldn’t be as harsh if it were affordable, but the prices are absolutely ridiculous. Will never come back.

Would give 0 stars if possible. The woman working at this laundromat was unpleasant, unhelpful, and extremely rude. No change given, so need to go to the store down the road. The woman didn’t explain we had to buy a card just to use the facilities, and charged us $2 for this. Overall for a small wash and dry, she charged us $14, that’s for us doing it ourselves. The dryer was slow, and we had to add more money. In the time we were there, we witnessed two separate groups arguing with the woman, they both left without even using the facilities, we wished we had done the same. AVOID

My new go to when in the area. Most laundry mats nearby only offer coin operated. Didn't have cash and went through the hassle of finding an ATM, so was relieved when this spot offered card operated machines. Prices are affordable, especially for a student like myself.

This place is always closing early without notice. Supposed to close at 11, but once I came to get my laundry at 10:40and it was already closed - with my clothes stuck in the dryer! To be clear, a worker LEFT THE BUILDING while my dryer was still going, and I could not get in the building. I knocked and tried to call, but nobody answered. I had to call in late to work to retrieve them.
This time, the worker rudely told me “I’m closing at 10:30” while I put my clothes in the dryer - even though there was no notice of this as I put my clothes in at 9 (far before last wash).

I stayed at a nearby hotel and went through my clothes quicker than anticipated due to the hot weather. Needed to do 1 load of laundry, and this place in the North End fit the bill. Machines are modern and quick. Both washing machines and dryers take only about 20 min each. It's nice that they are open later than the other places too. Staff was friendly and answered my questions about the card system and machines. Also, the air conditioning works pretty well here so you can cool off while waiting for your laundry to finish.

Avoid Wash Dry Fold service here. They are horrible at folding and leave the clothes full of lint.

The place where you put your detergent has black mold buildup on the inside (some machines are cleaner than others). Posted hours on door (and online) are unreliable.
