I am a first time customer with Aaron's furniture and I have to say that they are amazing the people there and their customer service is great the delivery people are very polite very professional and are on time with their delivery service,the customer service at Aaron's are professional, friendly, polite,respectful.I am in awe from the previous companies I have been with.I love Aaron's and will continue to be a customer with them and their furniture is more high quality.Thankyou Aaron's furniture in Dorchester for all your help and professional, friendly support.❤️❤️THANKYOU MIKE AND YOUR DELIVERY TEAM FOR YOUR HELP.I and my daughter and husband love our beds.

I'm new with Aaron's and already NOT having a good experience with them. I went blind 3 yrs ago from diabetes and unfortunately, I thought shopping at Aaron's would be an uneventful experience!!! Was I wrong!! I ordered for xmas for my 17 yr old daughter a 55' frameless smart TV, and a nintendo switch. And was told their trucks only delivered on Wednesdays. Because xmas day was on Wednesday I was told by an employee named Mike that my items would be delivered the following Wed. I knew the next Wed was New Year's Day and specifically asked Mike 2x if they'd be open and Mike assured me they'd be open and it was bad enuf it was going to be after xmas. Well, after waiting over a week, I woke up and proceeded to call and set up a time for them to come. Need I say Aaron's in Dorchester was CLOSED😈🤬😡🤔 I am beside myself!!!!! I've already paid almost $60.00 and now not sure if I still want the items. My daughter is 💔 and STILL WAITING!!!! DISGUSTED WITH AARON'S IN DORCHESTER!! 🤬😡

Received a call today at 2:38 pm on behalf of my Mother. Looking for a payment from her. I explained she is currently in the hospital and has been there for the past several months. The gentleman acknowledged that repo man was sent to the home. They saw her medication piled up outside. He asked if I could pay it. I told him my focus is my Mother’s health at this time. He began to elevate his voice and was verbally aggressive and threatening. EXTREMELY CONCERNING !!! I injected and ask that he lower his tone when he speaks to me. He responded that if I don’t want to talk him I could hang up. I did. PLEASE DONT CALL ME or my Mother ABOUT THIS again. I’m focusing on my Mother and her health. If you do harass or threaten myself or my Mother again about this as we are in a vulnerable state we are in. I will file a police report for harassment, report you for elder abuse, report to office of consumer protection, and send a complaint to the attorney general office. If they talk to me like this and I’m peaceful can’t imagine how you talk to an elderly person. Choose civility and wisely. LEAVE US ALONE AND I WILL NOT REPEAT THIS !! The person that called should be fired, he is bully, aggressive, threatening, a coward, and is a danger to the livelyhood of your company.

There is no communication with the employees or managers bad service. I was sent a broken TV out the box that they made me hold onto for a month then gave me a temporary TV without telling me my TV was temporary horrible store to shop at got to step your game up 100%. On top of that I was charged for the month of February but I never got the chance to use my TV with no refund talk about a rip off they don’t know what they’re doing in that store. There’s no communication. I advise people not to use the services of the Aaron store on Columbia Road in Boston Dorchester Massachusetts…

Great experience. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted and service was fast. There's promotion going on now, I took advantage of it and very pleased. I'll be coming back for some new sofas and something extra. Thank you Aaron for a job well done.

My experience was absolutely amazing!Lala helped me pick everything out & explained the process of renting so thoroughly and was extremely professional. I thought she was the manager as she ran the floor.Joe delivered my furniture and was professional, very quick getting everything in and put everything where I asked him to put it.Made sure my kitchen table was steady and all.This team is amazing and professional.

Great place to rent from when your trying to stretch cash they work with what you have and they have options of paying once a month. They even have ps5’s for rent. I got my AC and deep freezer from here with a protection plan that last even after ownership of the products!
