Great place and csn always find the things I need. Whether it's bolts for my car, plumbing pieces for my boat or cleaning supplies. Great staff too.

Centrally located in Charlestown, this store has an excellent selection in hardware, housewares & knick - knacks. Prices seem reasonable. Staff courtesy varies. Cleanliness & organization are also excellent.

The store has everything but what you need. Twice, my experience has been that they don't stock standard parts for plumbing or electrical. Half-inch pvc, gfci, dishwasher drain hose. I come to Ace when i am missing a single part and am happy to pay the additional 30% overhead for a last-minute part. However, the staff seems unknowledgeable and continued to hand me the incorrect part in a desperate attempt to attempt customer service If you need standard parts for anything relating to housework, save time and go to Home Depot 10 min down the road.

Aggressively overpriced. The same products are double what they are at other hardware stores.

Typically low knowledge even about location of their inventory. Do not expect them to know what different items are for. Next to no knowledge if you need advice, compared to other ACE.
They function as a UPS drop off point, however have no QR Code reader
Staff hangs typically out at cash register ignoring customers.
