I had a terrible experience at this store when I returned an item and I will not do my shopping there ever again.
They were very openly discontent when I wanted to return an item within my rights and passive aggressive in their communication with me.

Lovely shop! They don't have a huge selection but the clothes are all gorgeous and employees are really helpful in finding sizes and placing orders. Kyle helped me put together a cute outfit with some sale items and was overall just great to work with. I'll definitely be back again

Its my second time this year visiting Boston, and I had so much joy to shop in this shop . I really had such a good experience with both of the sellers: Steffanie and second one who were do kind, helpful, understanding, and especially were there for me.I came this visit twice to the store snd felt wonderful.

Second trip to Boston and the manager Mike remembered who I was from the last time I stopped in the store. Super sweet and knowledgeable, store was immaculate, always beautiful pieces to choose from. Finally made my first purchase there and I couldn’t be happier. Definitely going back to Boston soon and look forward to running into him again

Had to pick outfit for good friend of mine 32 years old at that time & has miss mass USA (at that time I was doing partner sponsorships) and was part of the vip but didbthave proper privilege but was at that time I was outfit helper for my friends credit card I loved the styles for her there . I went there to pick a dress for a wedding. I was in a hurry, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. I ended up getting a great dress on sale in half an hour. I will definitely go there again.

Worst service ever. I was trying to return an online order, but they said you can't return it here you'd better go home and print the label yourself and return by yourself. And their attitude is really bad, a man talk to you without any eye contacts. They'd better learn how to provide good service to customers.

I agree with the last review. I also have bought Alice and Olivia clothing at department stores, and was happy to think they have a store in Boston. The people who work here when not ignoring you are just obnoxious and overly attentive. Usually they ignore you while they kibbutz between themselves at the the counter. Really unappealing attitude. People if I met them or were at the next table I would cringe away from. Selection of Alice & Olivia clothing is better at retail stores and online.
