Middle-aged brunette lady had an attitude from the moment I walked in and clearly wasn’t interested in helping. As a customer who has bought numerous AE shoes, I won’t be coming back. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at Allen Edmonds. She should be fired. Go to another AE location.

Great environment, the staff were attentive and helpful without being pushy. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking to invest in your first quality pair of leather shoes!
Christine sized my partner and helped him pick out a beautiful pair of Chelsea boots. She gave us care tips for my partner’s most expensive shoe investment thus far and also helped him realized he’d been wearing the wrong shoe size for his entire adult life, haha. We’ll be back for his next pair!

Rude for no reason at all. I was told at a different Allen Edmonds location that they were going to waive the restocking fee for an exchange,but here they just didnt care. Came to this location only because it was on my way,just bad business.

Came in with a sale from online for Oxfords and Lucas helped me find the shoe in stock same day. He also hooked me up with some dress socks and a shoe tree. Thanks guys!

Awful experience in this store as a customer. I mention to the employee that I’d like to maybe try on a pair of shoes, his response: ‘are you citing anything today’After I said maybe, he belittled the shoe was looking for as “clearance” and proceeded to stand in the back typing on his phone the entire time I was in the store. Definitely does not want to make me want to spend big bucks on shoes here.

Saw their hours listed that they were open until 7pm. Double checked on their website and the Allen Edmond website said the same.Stopped in at 5pm and the doors were locked and the only guy inside was playing on his phone. Several other people tried to get in while we were there as well. Happened to pass by again at 5:45 and the lights were off.I guess they didn't want our business.
