TK was amazing. He went above and beyond during the whole experience and knows how the industry works. I was in constant communication and all the updates truly eased the process.

Very transparent and helpful. Car was spotless when I picked it up. The only downside is that they are busy and it can take a while to get work done!

? Worst service ever. Thumbs down. These people are crooks. They will not give you a quote and even if they do, will not stick to it. They will take everything that the insurance company approves whether it’s over their quote or over the cost of their services. Do not sign any papers with them letting the insurance company send their money directly to them as they will not return the money over the cost of the actual repairs. TK and Santiago are both crooks. They will speak very nicely but will only be after your money. Their costs are way overpriced so use some other body shop and don’t fall for their false assurances.

TK and Santiago are the absolute best! They did an amazing job with my vehicle and I couldn't have asked for a better place than Allston Auto Works to work on my vehicle. They are both very personable, empathetic, caring, amazing customer service and they always treat me like family. I loved it when I came to pick up my car and being introduced as part of the family to the team at the front desk! I love this place and I would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND ALLSTON AUTO WORKS ?!!!

Took my car here after an accident. They worked directly with the other driver’s insurance company and communicated with me really well throughout the process. They also have a relationship with Enterprise which made getting a rental for the right amount of time very easy. My car came out looking brand new, complete with new car smell. Thrilled with the service and results!
