Expensive but convenient

It is very convenient and has what I need when I don't want to go all the way to the grocery store, but damn do they up charge. Every time I go, its a different, higher price. I swear they just make it up on the spot. I understand a convenience store up charge, but its like $10 for a pint of ice cream, $5 for a bag of chips, $6 for some cookies, etc. There is also no prices labeling how much stuff is so you just have to find out at the register. Them and Lee's sure do take advantage of the fact that the nearest other convenience and grocery stores are a bit of a walk away. I love their selection and convenience, but every time I leave I feel like I have been robbed when I just needed a missing ingredient for dinner. Might as well go to charlie's next door and get a small pizza for the same price as a bag of chips and a drink here.

far more comfortable than Lee’s 2 Market and has a much wider selection. cashiers are usually quiet and don’t go above and beyond, but have never been rude.cozy indoors with pretty much anything you need for sale. best convenience store in the area

All of the 2% milk is 2 weeks over expiration. When calling the business phone number it goes to a strange voicemail.

Excellent little convenience store. Quite a varied selection and the staff is very helpful. They even have a decent selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, with more options in the freezer. Always has what I need in a pinch!

Super cool owner and staff. Good selection. Always good expiration dates on their food. Lee's 2 corner store is 1 block away and they are much worse. Actually all the other options nearby are worse. Do not buy food at Lee's 2 - everything is expired! Lotto is annoying, because gambling takes too much time, but that's true for all stores with lotto. Also, they have the least expensive ATM anywhere!

Everyone who works here is extremely rude. I come in almost every day because I live next door, and the past few visits all of my cards were getting declined. I knew something was weird, so I walked across Comm ave to Lee's Market (they are so much nicer) and the card went through just fine only Minutes after this store declined it. So I walked back to this store, and I tried to nicely just tell them that I think something is wrong with their machine because they are the only place the cards don't work and the guy got mad and refused to listen to me. I said I was trying to help because I just wanted to be able to shop there. He repeated that the machine was fine. I told them they lost a customer. A loyal one at that - if you need something in this area, please support Lee's! They're good people!

The owner is very rude, provides poor customer service, and has discriminated against me on multiple occasions. I rent an appartment on Comm Ave and use to love going there a few nights a week. I will not give my support to this local store because this man has made me feel awful about the simplest things like wanting to exchange cash for coins even though I repeatedly give my business to him. Most miserable place / man I've ever seen. Take your money somewhere else like Father & Sons Market or even CVS. Avoid at all costs.

Very no frills and nice service. Prices are a bit high, but it's a convenience store and not a supermarket.
