Amazing customer service and turn time. Needed a retractable banner fast. I called all over Boston and nobody seemed to have a any sense of urgency. These guys were responsive and professional, even when I had to make some small revisions to my graphics. Thanks Alhpa Graphics!

While the staff at AlphaGraphics was extremely helpful and pleasant, I found that the business cards that were printed didn't meet my expectations.I personally made a visit to the store to look at card stock choices since I was paranoid that I would get the wrong card stock if I did an online order. One of the very helpful staff members helped me with choosing some options for me to take back to my office and was told that he who send me a quote for the options.His email was prompt and I ended up selecting a card choice for which he confirmed was the exact card stock and coating that I was sent back with. When I picked up the cards, however, the stock was a lighter stock and the coating seem different from what I had chosen. When I asked about it, they said that since I didn't want the metallic foil, they had to choose a lighter stock for my cards. It would have been nice if they told me in advance because I would not have wanted a lighter card stock. The finish was also very different from the finish that I chose (the aqueous finish). The sample he gave me was more of a "plastic" matte finish while the ones I received were shiner and didn't have the "plastic" matte finish feel to it.While the staff was great, I found that it was a disappointing print job, especially since I spent time to go into the store to look at the card stock and finishing options. I don't think I will go there again for a reorder.

I am a longtime AlphaGraphics customer. Carmine, Victoria and the entire AlphaGraphics team do a tremendous job handling my office's printing needs including business cards, envelopes, letterheads, etc. . .They also do a superb job with special projects such as pop-up banners, laminated tear sheets, etc. . .They are an incredibly easy vendor to work with. I highly recommend AlphaGraphics!
