I’m so eternally grateful for the staff at Angell. My rabbit sustained a serious wound and within 5 minutes of checking in he was taken in the back and given pain meds to have on board while we were waiting for a doctor to take the case. That meant a lot to me!! I would like to thank Dr. Elena for saving my rabbits life as I walked in preparing to have to put him to sleep. She assured me I didn’t have to make that decision just yet. Dr. Elena explained every diagnostic/treatment she would do and why in depth. I never felt rushed off the phone and it was clear how much she cared. She even saved his leg! I also would like to thank Emily, the exotic care coordinator who kept me updated multiple times a day and sent me photos of my boy- it meant more to me than they will ever know. I was a wreck and it put me at ease. And lastly, his fantastic nurses who kept a close eye on him 24/7 in the ICU and took care of him. He’s not the easiest patient to deal with! After having hospitalized my other two bunnies at a different ER in the area in the past that has now stopped seeing exotics, I am blown away by how much better the exotic care and knowledge at Angell is and how cheaper it is. I will recommend Angell to everyone!

I needed to make an appointment with the Dermatology Department. I spoke with Calvin, who took care of the appointment and went further to take care of ordering the medication that my dog needed,< br />< br />I am always pleased with the service at Angell. What I appreciate most about Angell is The kind attitude of the staff. I have always felt that they cared about my pet and they were not trying to increase the bill.

It is so great that Angell responds to emails and provides help without having to drive all the way to Boston. The emails are always personal. It is so convenient and greatly appreciated. You can tell they really care about your dog. What I appreciated most about Angell is the convenient way they provide care and services to their out of state clients, as well as the true concern that they have for your pet.

Dr. Kasza was very thorough and addressed each of our concerns when we had to take our cat in for an emergency visit. He also didn't do any unneeded testing which I appreciated- we have been subject to this at other veterinary practices. The front desk was also kind and professional. We waited a little over an hour, but I honestly expected it to be longer. Overall a good experience dealing with a very stressful situation!

What a cash grabbing scam. What’s the $250 get you? Check pulse and weight. Oh your dog has an issue, that will be in the thousands before we will lift a finger. You won’t prescribe a corticosteroid for an animal that has all the symptoms that a corticosteroid would treat. Shame on you Dr. Laura. My animal is suffering and you refuse to help without a second payout. I thought I would be in good hands with the mspca. I drove over an hour each way. What a mistake that was.How could you refuse to give my dog the medicine she needs? Your greedy profit based clinic has failed another owner and animal.

I will never go here again. Dr. Chan is disgusting and his supervisor, Dr. Bracker, is even worse. The supervisor called me and was very argumentative and unwilling to show any compassion or see things from my perspective. Be careful how you speak to people as you have no idea what they are going through. My cat is 19 years old and you made me feel as though her life was over and that I should be thankful that Dr. Chan was frank enough to tell me that. I will be disputing this charge. Absolutely disgusting doctors.Update: Following this terrible visit at Angell, I took my kitty in to be seen and was told that she had a stroke by the different sized pupils and her gait. With no regrets, I put my cat down. I didn’t hear that from Angell. I noticed the abundance of positive reviews from likely staff to wash away my review, but there is no denying that my cat did not receive good treatment at Angell. I’ve had experiences with veterinarians there that are great but arrogant vets like Bracker ruin it for the others.2nd Update: no one has called me back or responded to my email. I will be reporting to the BBB and Attorney General's office as well as my bank. I’m not comfortable with funding them for subpar service. Do better. I’ll never come here again.Advice: GO TO TUFTS! Vetco at Petco offers same day appointments and will work with you on payment.

The doc on duty was very thorough to the point of still doing tests as we were called in to say goodbye to our sweet Clea. I thought that was a bit unnecessary. Suggesting an iron lung to a once very active shepherd also seemed a bit far fetched. I think giving options is important, but do so in a different way. Nice doctor, and he seemed very caring. What I appreciated most about Angell is all under one roof service.

Thank you to the amazing doctors, their staff, and the folks out front running the Emergency, payment/checkout and pharmacy desks. Everyone was kind, caring and patient. They took the time to understand my pet’s needs and my concerns and developed a wonderful plan to help as well as future steps if needed. What I appreciated most about Angell is the gracious welcome, kindness and elite expertise of the staff.

My dog was extremely well cared for he's not a dog that like to be alone in a krate so the staff all took turns holding and cuddling him after surgery I got updated and a picture of him after surgery they even helped setup transportation to and from his appointment they were extremely caring and helpful What I appreciated most about Angell is how they care for the pet even when the owner doesn't have a bunch of money
