Placed an online order. Received notification it was ready. Checked the store hours and arrived 20 minutes after they opened. Doors open, walk in and head to the register. I was then told they don't open till 1030. I asked how that was possible when the website says 10. They say "we're doing construction today and won't open till 1030". Okay fine, but I quickly say I just need to pick up an online order. They refuse saying they can't help me till 1030. It's 1019 for the record.

I visited this store today and wow!! I was treated to exceptional customer service across the board. I was searching for an outfit for a specific event and was so lucky to receive 1:1 attention from Jeanne, the personal stylist on staff. She and others made great suggestions, hunted for different options and styles, and even called a nearby store to reserve an item in my behalf. What a welcoming group, I can’t recommend them enough!!

Wander in the Back Bay neighborhood and check out where the eclectic Anthro is located. This unique, full life-style store has a distinctive assortment of accessories, clothing, furniture, and home decor. It's a great place to find that special something to complete your outfit.

I am standing in line to purchase two items, not on sale. The total would be about $300. The check out line was four ladies deep. I'm number five. Another woman behind me. After waiting in line 15 minutes, the woman behind me proceeds to walk up to the counter while telling me she isn't "cutting in line-she is an employee and has to be checked out by the girl at the end of the counter.". I waited about five more minutes in Purgatory, watching paint dry and stewing. So, I left my items on the counter and walked out. Horrible service. I won't be back.

I think it's very wrong for the store to not offer full exchange for a something that you bought full price that is now on sale. It has been 3 weeks since I got the item. I paid a lot of money for an item and they should really offer full exchange for what you paid for. It is like being robbed. No receipt or not, it doesn't matter it's not right. If you can afford putting it on sale then you can afford offering full exchange.
