Used 2 times. Both times clothes is returned with same spots/dirt, so not really cleaning - just removing odors pretty much. This time they returned my blazer ripped at the collar - how can this even happen?

I had a red wine stain all on my jacket and they were able to take the stain completely out where you can’t even tell. Highly recommend and always so friendly!
