The three young men: Devon, Jevon and Asi
who did the move were fantastic! They were courteous and professional. The worked swiftly and efficiently and got the job done in great time. Haidee in the office was also very accommodating. I would highly recommend this company for a move and would use them again. Their price was very good as well.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! We were so please with our experience!! Gregory, Ais and Jovan were absolutely amazing!! Very professional, quick, respectful, and accommodating!! Our items were moved from our apartment to a storage unit. They very thoughtfully packed the storage unit in a way in which we could access things easily. And best of all, our total balance came in UNDER the estimate!!! And by over $100!! We will absolutely be using them again when we move from our storage unit and temporary location to our permanent home!

I would not use them again. When I scheduled it I was told the time slot of arrival was 1-4pm. The distance for my move was at least a 2.5 hour drive. I told them at the time of scheduling and agreeing to it all that I was concerned about the time that they would finish up given the time slot and the drive. I explicitly expressed how I didn’t want it to happen if they were going to arrive at 4. I was assured that they would arrive closer to 1 pm. They arrived at 6:15 pm. They didn’t finish up until 12:30 AM. Insane. Wasn’t given a discount or anything for such a late arrival. Just an apology. They didn’t give me a heads up they would be late. I was ready to go for 5 hours with everything packed. Moving is stressful enough. That was a rough day! Additionally they didn’t protect a couch and arm chair and there was a bit of rain that hit the items. Fortunately it doesn’t look like they were permanently damaged but aren’t you supposed to protect these things? I would have said something if I saw them packing it up without protection. I only noticed when they had brought them into my new place.

The movers were Patient thorough focused and completed the job in a timely matter without damaging any property. They were excellent workers. I would refer the service as it was referred to me.

I had a wonderful experience with AOA moving company. From Heidi who helped me figure out everything I needed and called the day before to make sure we were still on schedule to Zenon and Raheem who moved me today from one apartment to another. They were affordable, polite, and quick! I would use them again and recommend them to a friend!

I had a terrible time with AOA Moving Services. To begin with the entire quote was misleading despite clarifying many time. The crew was humble but totally inexperienced. During the move they damaged my items, moreover didn’t finished the work which was agreed. While I hired a professional movers however entire furniture de/assembling work was mostly done by me. I’ll never recommend anyone hiring AOA

AOA did an excellent job with our move. They were very accommodating when we had to move our date multiple times. Movers showed up on time and were very professional, moved our items with care, and were tidy. Excellent movers at a reasonable price!

Not sure how they received a 5 star rating. Must be paid reviews. Bait and switch company. Quoted me less than $1000 for an overnight move but wanted charge me over 2k on the day of, for a total of 2 move hrs (1 hr each day and I helped with the move) and overnight storage. I argued and got the price down to $1590. However, they never refunded/applied my deposit so I ended up paying about $1700 for a small room move. The company uses unethical business practice and I would not recommend it to anyone.
Update: Now the company is harassing me because I posted this review.
