I had such a great experience at APM in Boston! The service was top-notch from start to finish. not happy with the old lady's sale method. she passively forces you to buy. It gives pressure and unpleasant feelings. She always abrupt other sale persons. Never want to go again if this sale person still working in the store.
Jamie and other sale persons know how to work with customers.

An elegant shopping experience in a beautiful shop! The jewelry here is so beautifully made and so sparkly, I was delighted to try things on and pick the perfect piece. Jana and the other store staff clearly love the product, are so helpful, and make your experience excellent. Run, don’t walk!!

Do not order items that are out of stock in store, order them online instead!!!! If you order them in store, if you don't like the item when it arrives, you won't be able to return them. But if you order them online, you still have the chance to return them for money. Their return policy is not customer-oriented.update:A week ago I contact the cutomer service online and the experience wasn't pleasant either. At that time they also told me that the area manager will contact me but never did. Won't consider to buy from this brand ever.

I have to tell all the negative reviews are truth.The manger and her team have attitude.Really unpleasant to shop in this store when all of them gossip about other clients and people.No one want to be involve with other problem and other mess .You have a problems with other stores at the mall and your clients . its because all of you negative people and looking how to hurt people.No wonder so many one star reviews.If I could I will give you zero star.

Jamie was a wonderful assistant while I was in store shopping. She tried with her whole heart to understand my preferences and aesthetics. It turned out I liked a lot of her recommendations. One of my best in-store shopping experiences! Morgan and Jamie are so knowledgeable about the various APM lines of products and provide AMAZING recommendations. I came in to shop for a special event and the necklace/rings they've paired for my outfit received so many compliments. They really go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. They make a spectacular team and here's why - They're both so friendly and down to earth; I never once felt like they were being pushy or salesy and I love them for that!
